    We were told that all reservations were made for inside seating. When we arrived we had drinks outside while waiting for a table. We had wine & beer. Then we were seated outside to dine. I loved my salmon salad. The mixed greens were fresh & the salmon was perfectly cooked. The dried cranberries & pecans added flavor. I thought the dressing was blasé but I didn’t need it anyway. My husband was happy with appetizer of shrimp & hamburger. Our guests had penne & cod fish with a salad. The salad was varied by different colored tomatoes & other ingredients. He seemed satisfied with the dressing. He also ordered bread which I tasted. It was fresh & delicious & served with herb butter which was fresh & delicious. Our guests both loved the penne. We had no complaints about our 4 meals & will be back to try other foods. Our guests were from out of town so enjoyed the view a lot. All together it was a memorable evening.

    The experience was a delight. The fried calamari appetizer was as good as I've had anywhere else, and the penne a la shrimp with marinara sauce was almost perfect. The pasta was done just right, and the shrimp certainly tasted fresh. I've had better marinara sauce in my seven decades, but only two other places. Service was flawless.

    Perfect dining experience. Crabcake was one of the best I have ever had, and at a reasonable price.

    I have been a few times already and have enjoyed every visit. I was under pressure to show an out of town family member a great local brunch experience and Six and Sky didn’t disappoint. They were very impressed with the food, the service (shout out to Jade!), and the ambience overall. Thank you for being a part of our great city and can’t wait to dine here again.

    First time eating there, experience was great. The steak was cooked perfectly and the asparagus and potatoes complemented it well. Will definitely be back.

    I would highly recommend Six and Sky. We’ve been here many times and everything about it is consistently excellent. Go before six if you like a quieter experience. It’s very popular so it gets busier, more crowded and a little noisier later, but that’s ok. It’s a happening place.

    Nice layout of the restaurant. Noise level too high for us. Service great. Seafood Tower very disappointing. None of the items was better than fair and the raw clams were bad, oysters inferior, crab meat poor, lobster tail fair, shrimp best of all at fair and scallops OK. Trout dish very good. Beef dish very good. Sorry. I was expecting better seafood.

    Outstanding food, service and ambiance. We sat outside, beautiful evening. The red snapper meal was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this restaurant. Will be returning Roanoke just to visit here, it was that good!!
