Food was amazing. the Baked Mac and Cheese off the hook. The squash soup was amazing. Plates are very large - both physically and with a lot of food! It's not an intimate place, so not sure I would do a big anniversary or birthday there - however, for my birthday it was perfect as we were with friends.. the run cake they provided was off the charts wonderful and the coconut creme brulee - OFF THE HOOK!!!! Service was amazing. To me the only downside was a 4top didn't hold the mandatory water, cocktails, starter plates and then the very very large serving plates. there was ZERO room. Oh and the ladies room had a leaking sink and the floor was covered in water. But I would still 100% go back..

The snapper was phenomenal! Can’t recommend it enough. The fried plantains it comes with are delicious too.

Sisserou’s is one our faves, but last night they fell a little short. I ordered the jerk chicken which was delicious, and it came with beans and rice and street corn. Unfortunately the beans and rice were lukewarm and the corn was nowhere near warm. I think maybe the kitchen was just a little off. We really enjoyed the steel band! Of couple we will be back,but hopefully all the food will be served hot!

This was my husband & I 20th Anniversary. I put it in the reservations. No one said Happy Anniversary. We had the Jerk Wings as an appetizer they were good but, most of them had to much. The Salmon Rasta Pasta was Delicious but warm, Stew Oxtails was good but warm. The temperature on the food was not hot, it was like the food had been sitting. They were not busy.

We have to been to sisserous several times the restaurant is open, although not super big, although there is inside seating bar seating and outdoor eating area. The food was good, my party, started with the coconut shrimp appetizer , the there was a bread and butter accompaniment with a hot sauce component. I ordered the red snapper , the presentation of the plate . The other members of my party got the Cuban sandwhich which looked good and came with a side of Mac and cheese and the Rasta pasta. On this occasion we were celebrating a birthday, so our waiter Max brought out a rum cake with a candle. The whole meal and experience was great and that is why sisserous is one of our favorites we will be back again.
