Established in 1997, Sir Paz Estate, inspired by a storied history and characterised by a rich Mediterranean ambience, has the good fortune of being the Yarra Valley’s highest altitude vineyard. The captivating views, sweeping across the Yarra Valley, afford guests a moment of solitude to be enchanted by the abundantly rich yet serene landscape.

With sweeping views of our vineyard and the valley beyond, visitors can enjoy a tutored Wine Tasting and as your appetite grows … you can indulge in our à la carte Woodfire Lunch Menu … the perfect gastronomic accompaniment.

i absolutely loved this winery! service with a smile, and food was delicious. They catered for our toddler in the family and also vegan options were easily adapted to their menu. Will definitely be back!

Second time visiting Sir Paz Estate and we will definitely be back. The food is amazing we had the Father’s Day set menu which we all loved. The staff are wonderful and we just had a lovely time.

From the time we entered and were met by both wonderful hosts, the entire experience was fantastic. The service was excellent and the shared platter and desert were mouth-watering. The Shiraz we had, even though not at the top end of the price scale, was very pleasant. Our seating was fine with enough space to feel that your conversations were your own. At all times we were made to feel very welcome and were well looked after. Even on check out, the bill was very reasonable and we still had a few laughs with our hosts when we left. Overall a very enjoyable lunch and we will very definitely be back, soon.

We had the Sir Paz platter which was plentiful. We loved the muscles just gorgeous and we also shared the pork belly. Desert was absolutely delicious. No alternative to chose but didn’t need it. Well spaced out with service and loved the views. Will definitely be back

The setting is beautiful. The environment and the building gives you a sense that you could be in any European countryside. However, you know this is here and we are so lucky to have such places as Sir Paz Estate. The building, with its nod to the Mediterranean overlooks a sweeping panorama of fields, trees and distant mountain ranges. Inside, the main large room has an inviting fire and couches to relax with a drink. The main restaurant section is a raised timber deck, catering to all weather conditions and providing the wonderful views. The menu is extensive and all very tempting, from cheese platters, lamb roasts to the best pizzas I have tasted. The choice of wines is excellent and well priced. The personnel certainly make you welcome and cater to all of your needs. I have been to Sir Paz Estate a number of times, and will certainly visit again.
