I was very disappointed with my experience. We had a reservation at 4:45pm and were not seated until after 5:30. I had to inform the hostess we were still waiting. She was very apologetic and said she would see if there was something she could do for us since we waited so long but when we received our bill there was no discount or anything. I was also brought the wrong food and our waiter was nowhere to be found. Eventually, we flagged him down and I was able to get the correct food. He never returned to ask us if we wanted refills or how the food was. We had to flag down another waiter to get our bill. I was so looking forward to dining here but I'm afraid I will not be back.

Food took forever and was mediocre. Service was slow and the server wouldn’t clear the table. Also, it was quite loud.

It was super loud in the establishment. I got the Salmon Crispy Rice for an appetizer and that was really good! I had the Birria flatbread for main course and it was okay. The consome could have been better and the meat wasn’t tender enough for me. For drinks I tried the VayKay, Peach Margarita and a lemon drop and they were all very good!

Great vibe, good food, attentive staff! The vibe is great as soon as you walk in , friendly staff, quick service and you never feel rushed!

Since I stepped into this establishment I was treated so well. The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, the staff were kind. I loved it there and I'll definitely go back

We had an absolutely great time here! Three of us came after work for the unlimited drinks experience. I reserved for 6 but we got there a little early yet they were still able to accommodate us! You have to choose from three option selections: the taco group, flatbread group, or the larger plate group. That was a bit of a bummer because though they likely want to make sure people didnt get a $10 item and $30 worth of drinks they should have also had an option available where you can choose like 2-3 appetizers. We each saw several appetizers we all wanted before we saw anything from the other sections. We probably would have spent more as well, so I guess it saved us money in the end. We sat near the front so I didn't see the back of the restaurant. Even though there are tables near each other, you aren't right on top of the other guests. There was enough space for everyone, and it did start to get crowded after a while. The staff handled it without a problem or without forgetting us, and I loved that. Our waitress was Alex, and she was on top of things, and when she wasn't there, Marialynn was. They both were top-notch! They were attentive without being pushy or overbearing. Then there was a little snafu, and here came manager Kim to save the day! She was also stupendous! The personality she displayed, the sincerity, etc, just added to the vibes. We heard the music somewhat, but it was kind of low. At the same time, we were talking and laughing, so maybe we just tuned it out. The food was good and so were the drinks. For many places, unlimited drinks mean cheap or watered-down drinks, & you're limited to maybe two types of drinks for the table for the entire time or some combination of those. Here, you had a decent variety to choose from & each person got to choose their own drink. I honestly didn't finish my burger and took it to go, lol. I'm looking forward to returning & hoping the energy remains the same.
