The food wasn’t good. Salmon was dry and vegetable were so salty. Pasta didn’t have enough sauce. Would not recommend this place again.

Food was great! We sat for over 10 minutes after being seated before our waitress came to the table. Food came out pretty fast.

After reading some reviews was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly pleased and surprised. Some in our group said they visited the Brooklyn location and it was better than the Brooklyn location. Service was good. We had one small issue which was immediately rectified and the drinks (for those that had drinks) were good.

Update: I didn’t expect a response from the owner/chef so I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him and so quickly. It shows his appreciation for his customers and our business. ********************************************** I have visited The Simpsons location in Brooklyn on several occasions and the food was excellent service was great and ambiance inviting. After learning that a location opened in Atlantic City I was excited to check it out and waited for my birthday to do so. My daughters and I drove a hour and a half from South Jersey in anticipation. We ordered enough food to feed 6 people, even the manager asked if we were expecting others because of how much we ordered. We were extremely disappointed when the food came out. It looked bad and tasted even worst. We did advise the manager who brought out the chef so we could provide feedback to him directly. They offered a complimentary drink and dessert for my birthday. Even the dessert was bad. The chocolate cake tasted horrible and the ice cream on it was completely melted and running right of the plate. This is absolutely the last time I will visit this location and I had mentioned the new location to friends and had to take it back and advice them that a drive to Brooklyn would be well worth their time. If this is the same owner as the Brooklyn location he is in for some major losses as there is no comparison.

Excellent food! The wings and jerk chicken tacos were incredible! Loved the oxtail and red snapper too. Kadeem was our server and he was phenomenal. Definitely going back!

Although this restaurant was recently viewed on Philadelphia news.. on Facebook … and at lest 4 póster ads on the boardwalk showing hours and times. It was CLOSED…. Open Table took my reservation, sent me a couple of reminders and now asking for a review and this place was CLOSED. We were told from the security guard standing in front of the restaraunt that they have NEVER been open on Mondays.. although he has only worked there since July. So our experience was awful.. Driving from Philadelphia to find they were closed, spending tolls, gas, and being hungry was not close to a good time. Somebody owes us restitution.

We arrived for 7:30 reservation . I was roughly may be 10 minutes late. We were seated around 8 o’clock and we ordered .Two other tables came about 15-30 minutes after us they ordered. They received their food before we received our food. 9 o’clock comes didn’t receive our food yet , the other tables have their food and we’re still waiting. No one checked on us the whole time we sat down , no one came over to see if we needed anything , no one let us know about our status of our food. Unacceptable. We paid the bill for one order of shots and then we left. Will not come Here again And will not refer anyone here

Reservation was for 7:30 waited for a hour for drinks.. food never came people who arrived before us had everything food drinks all that but we had nothing .. waiters looked at us like we were crazy waited another 20 minutes just to pay for the drinks we didn’t even enjoy for the lady at the desk to say for your inconvenience THE DRINKS ARE ON US .. we go to leave and get CHASED DOWN BY THE WAITER saying you guys didn’t pay for the drinks you need to come back no we don’t the lady at the reception desk said for your inconvenience THE DRINKS ARE ON US .. like get it together
