We had a lovely meal at this fondue restaurant. I would actually rate it slightly better than my most recent experience at Melting Pot. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. I especially liked having the option to grill our food which allowed us to cook all the leftover protein and bring it home.

Loved the food, drinks, service was great. We got the beef tenderloin, black tiger shrimp, jalapeño sausage & herb chicken. The sauces I loved the horseradish with the beef and the garlic sauce with the shrimp Desert was amazing we got the white chocolate strawberry cheesecake … the chocolate was hard to pick bc I wanted to taste them all! So good highly recommend

We were there celebrating our 47th Anniversary. First time at the Dallas location and were greeted by a very gracious host and hostess at the front door. Were seated immediately because we did have reservations. Our waiter was the best. Very knowledgeable with the menu. The other staff were very helpful with all our needs. There was one lady that filled my water glass and the wife’s tea glass regularly and before having to ask. The entire staff was very attentive to us. And the fondue was delicious and second to none. Thank you for a very enjoyable evening.

Manager was extremely upset that I brought my service dog in “ahh f**kin great” after showing him the tag.

The kids sirloin was very fatty and hard for them to chew. The carrots and sweet potatoes were not great. Carrots were too big and the sweet potatoes did not have any flavor. Server was very nice, but very slow and while we know it takes some time for this type of experience, it should not take 3 hrs.

Our waiter was awesome. The atmosphere was perfect. And the food was so yummy. I also appreciated that the e arrived a half hour early and they were able to get us in early.
