TINE Restaurant
British, English; noun // A branch or prong such as that of a stag's antler, or of a fork.
Food that is both of its place and season; created using produce from the Estate and kitchen garden; showcasing refined Yorkshire favourites and creative, rich flavour combinations. Relaxed informal setting and welcoming hospitality.

We love and intimate casual dining atmosphere with restaurant views of Stags Fell and cosy corners and fire-side dining in the bar, or alfresco on our terrace, with breathtaking views.

Dishes created in collaboration with producers, gamekeepers, farmers and brewers, by Head Chef, Sean Blair.

TINE Restaurant has been awarded 'RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR in the recent 'Flavour of Herriot Country Awards'

This is a lovely old country house without pretentious situated deep in the Yorkshire Dales . The menu in the Tines restaurant is not extensive but sufficient and more importantly the quality is good. The restaurant ambience is warm and friendly rather than formal. The service is efficient and attentive without being overdone.

Amazing food in a truly delightful setting. Staff were lovely, and very attentive. Being visited by the peacocks just made our day.

Excellent service, all staff very polite and engaged with conversation easily, food was very tasty, obviously fine dining so expensive and not heaps. Very attentive to food allergies so no issues with worrying about my food. Probably wouldn't go again just because it was expensive but if you are looking for fine dining then this is it.

Came for an anniversary dinner, loved the design of the site and the dining rooms. Waiter was excellent and extremely friendly, food was all delicious. Would definitely come back.

We had a fabulous lunch and the service and food was excellent. We had the most wonderful relaxing time, the grounds, views of Hawes are beautiful and with the the peacocks wandering around, it's the perfect place to dine. Thank you to the young chap who service us, he was so nice and nothing was too much trouble, which made our experience even better.

I booked this for us as a “Special” treat as we had not seen each other for 6 months. The whole evening was perfect! We were staying 6 miles away but came back the next morning for coffee. We will be back again! Staff, food cocktails and wine all perfect! Highly recommended!

Had the most amazing meal on Thursday for my boyfriends birthday. Played a few games of pool before sitting down to eat. He had crab and cod, I had pigeon and braised steak. Absolutely delicious.
