We always love coming to Simmer for our dance mom weds night. Often when we come, our table has been assigned the bartender. The bartenders tend to get busy and we have to flag down other servers. While the staff is so kind and receptive, we would prefer to have a server given to our table. w

It was fabulous our waiter Josh was amazing. I would go back again just to have him as my server.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The palisade peach themed appetizers were amazing. My friend had the fish and chips, and he absolutely loved them. The bacon wrap dates absolutely just melted in your mouth. Our waitress, I believe her name was Cami, was friendly, attentive and thoughtful! And the cocktails were also amazing. My friend had the peach bourbon smash and it was delicious and I had the peach habanero margarita which had just the right amount of kick. We drove over an hour to tryout simmer and we were not disappointed. Thank you to the entire crew for being so wonderful. The food was absolutely amazing.

We sat at the bar top outside at the roll up doors. We faced inside into the bar. It was a great location since we had some AC on us there even though we were outside. Our waitress/bar tender was professional and friendly. She custom made a cocktail for me which was delicious. She knew the menu well and gave great suggestions. The food was fantastic and the service timing was great. Highly recommend!

Was greeted quickly by a friendly staff member and seated for a reservation. Service by Mia was outstanding. She made us feel special. The meal was WOW! Miso salmon and Peach Mango fried fish. We had a wonderful time after a hard day. Reese the manager stopped by and chatted with us. Simmer, what a great place to go out and have a nice time. Thank you!

I enjoyed the fish n chips very much! Perfectly cooked . The kale slaw and fries were terrific as well. It’s tough to pay nearly $22 for 3 small/medium filets- but dang my craving demanded it! Service was great and food came up quickly on a busy Friday night. Dining solo, I ended up at a two-top booth on the bar side. Would’ve been a bummer for conversation on a date night. I’m guessing if you request a quieter table away from the bar, it would be a bit better. I plan to go back soon - I think next time I’ll ask for a spot on the patio.
