There were only a few tables with customers. I so dislike when I have to look for the waitress and motion for her to come to the table. I had the pot roast plate. The meat was not edible as it was way too salty. I had to send it back but had to wait about 10 minutes until I got the attention of another waitress to go find our waitress. I re-ordered a flatbread which I thought would be fast, but waitress made an excuse that the chef was working on a sushi order. My spouse was almost done with his dinner. By now the experience is upsetting. Also, as part of an ‘upscale’ restaurant, I would have thought the manager would have actually tasted the pot roast in the kitchen and then come to our table and reply to me that I was correct and he was so sorry. But that did not happen. One last thing, why can’t the overhead music be soothing and romantic and a low decibel, so you don’t have to yell to your partner across the table. If I would have been in a bar, I would’ve expected loud music with singers and songs that I have never heard of. Perhaps some instrumental Christmas music instead. For the prices they charge, it should’ve been a beautiful experience, but it was not. And can I say, flatbread would not have been my first choice to order on the menu, but at that point, I just wanted to leave. One last note, the first time we went there, there was an extra charge for an ice cube in my husband‘s drink. I thought that was outrageous. I did not see it this time, but they probably have absorbed the cost into the price of the drink. I am sure we were not the only ones to notice it. SMH.

Such a great place for my dad’s 91st birthday! Becky took great care of us, made an excellent wine suggestion and made the whole evening perfect. Great ambiance and great food 😊

Excellent food and service. Lots of menu & drink choices. Servers and staff are very friendly & helpful. Atmosphere is very welcoming & fun vibes.

Unfortunately was disappointed with my first experience at Silver Fox B&G. I will note that the service was good. Friendly faces and our server (+bartender) was very nice and accommodating. They did their best to help the situation. We didn't order appetizers and ordered basic drinks. Drinks took a bit longer than usual but they were training a new staff member - no issue here. Ordered entrees - both I and my partner got Ribeyes. I ordered Med-rare and my partner ordered medium. It took about ~35 min for food to be ready after ordering, which was concerning given that they appeared to have 3+ people in the kitchen and there were less than 10 people in the restaurant (Monday evening). The photo below is how my steak came out - slightly charred and with minimal pink. I try not to be overly picky with food, but this was significantly overcooked. I did not end up finishing the meal. Supposedly there was a communication goof between our server and the kitchen that resulted in this. To be fair, the manager / server offered to remove this from the bill and prepare something else. I declined as I was not comfortable waiting an additional 20-30 minutes for another entree, especially as more customers were arriving. Disappointed primarily with the food, and concerned by the communication issues between staff. It seems the other reviews about overcooked meals are not unfounded. I do not plan to return to Silver Fox B&G. Total after my meal was removed was >$80 for one alcoholic drink and one ribeye meal. One last note - Silver Fox B&G DOES charge a 3% credit card fee on top of their already-high prices. This is embarrassing for any restaurant. I don't mean to tell anyone how to run their business, but what the F. TL;DR - would not recommend/return unless significant changes are made.

Usually love this place but tonight it was way off. Service was good but the food was across the board poorly done. Onion soup and Chicken Fungi both way too salty. Pot roast tough. Mashed potatoes cold. Steak ordered medium and arrived rare. Would recommend reducing the number of items on the menu and bringing the food back to the level we experienced a year ago.
