very nice restaurant with a very large and expensive menu. We got there at opening time and the staff was not ready to serve. Brad never made it to the table until it was asked for. The food quality made up the difference as it was fantastic.

We were treating our employees to a dinner out at a "nice" restaurant. That was our hope anyway. The server was great and did what she could when we had a concern. It was readily apparent that they have issues in the kitchen. Two of my employees ordered French onion soup. The cheese was charred black on top and the bread in the soup was so hard it had to be hacked apart with a knife. Keep in mind the bread is immersed in the soup. The garlic mashed potatoes were lumpy and the garlic tasted burned. Now, I'd love to say the steaks saved the day, but I can't. Generally the steaks were a bit over cooked. Rare was medium rare for example. Drinks, I ordered a margarita. Passion Fruit & Ginger was the flavor. What I got was a regular lemon / lime margarita with ground habanero around the rim. Everyone was unhappy about the dinner. We would have complained while we were there, but I was worried about my employees food or desserts being made worse than they already were. I'm not sure what was going on there but I won't be taking anyone there for a special event in the future.

The buffet food was cold ..the room was cold .had to ask several times to turn down the air. Served smoked salmon..no bagel.no cream cheese.son in law had to instruct the omelet maker on how to make one. Asked a waitress if there was a sweets table..she said no..then I found it on the bar ...

I’ve been to Silver Fix multiple times for both dinner and brunch events and have had very pleasant experiences. I have to say that this Mother’s Day brunch will be the last time I attend a brunch there. It took 30 mins to get our drinks, the room was very hot and the brunch selection just wasn’t great for $50 a person. There was one cold pasta salad and some cold smoked salmon. No bagels, regular salad, oysters, etc. The main hot dishes also missed the mark. I expected there to be a pancake/waffle option with the amount of kids that would be attending for Mother’s Day. Overall was very dissatisfied.

We went here because about 1/2 of the menu was sushi/sushi rolls. When ordering, we were told no sushi was available until 4PM. Our reservation was for 2PM. One member of our party has particular food/oil sensitivities, so this was a problem. I didn’t feel the food was up to par with pricing. The saganaki seemed like it was frozen and then deep fried, way too greasy.

Our wait staff was Beth. She was amazing. She was attentive and very friendly. When asked for entrée suggestions, she was ready with her top ten favorites. We loved the new dessert menu.
