Come enjoy our relaxing atmosphere in our beautiful 1871 Victorian Bed & Breakfast in historic Dover, NH. We also sell gift certificates, tea pots & accessories, over 30 flavors of loose leaf tea, tea wallets and cozies plus jewelry and other fine gifts! Reservations are preferred to be able to offer optimum service and availability.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at the Silver Fountain Inn and Tea Parlor. The tea was lovely, and the food was delicious! I like to meet different friends there every month, because the theme and the menu change monthly and it's a great place to talk and catch up with our lives. I'm looking forward to returning in October and attending a Murder Mystery dinner this fall.

Rude. Small portions ( in terms of afternoon tea, not a meal. Literally microscopic) Beautiful Victorian house but incredibly dated, tacky furniture and decorations. For $38, you get ridiculously small portions...think a little tiny mini muffin or a "tart" around the size of a 50 cent piece. No place to put tea once steeped and had to ask for cream. If you're 75, you might think this was fun but for anyone else, especiallywith experience having real afternoon tea, don't waste your $$.

Tea at the Silver Fountain Inn Tea Parlour is a delightful way to dine. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, helpful and unobtrusive, and the atmosphere is gracious and elegant. The Tea Parlour is located in a lovingly restored Victorian home that now functions as a B&B. Table settings are appropriate to the period, and there is a touch of whimsy in the decor. This is a place where one can step back in time to a more elegant and formal period in history. Highly recommend, especially to those who love history, romantic novels and the elegance of an earlier era.

Absolutely wonderful Everything was made in house and tasted as good as it looks A very memorable experience Am only in NH once a year Have gone the past 3 years and will return next year. Can’t wait

Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been wanting to try this place but it books up fast. Now I see why. The food, the ambience and the staff are amazing.

We were there during the Harry Potter Theme on Thursday Aug. 29th. Our server was terrific, engaging and fun.

The three of us had a lovely time at the Silver Fountain Inn and Tea Parlor last week. The teas were great, and the food was delicious! We thought the Harry Potter theme was fun and I'm looking forward to coming back next month with another friend and enjoying the September menu.

We had an excellent time dining on a summer Wednesday afternoon for tea. We loved the Harry Potter details all over the room from the tiny decor to our server who was decked full out in HP merch. The good was good- the scones were delish. We were planning our next trip out to enjoy with even more loved ones before we even finished our tea time.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience celebrating our 60th birthdays. We sat on the porch of this beautiful victorian house with a nice breeze. Enjoyed the food and tea set on a beautiful 3 tier tray. It was a wonderful time and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely visit again.

The staff at the Silver Fountain Tea offered a memorable experience for my two teenage grandchildren. They loved the fey Harry Potter themed decorations and charming selection of sweets and savories. The cinnamon chip scones and clotted cream are the best I’ve tasted. Thanks for all the attention to details. A lovely treat in a charming surrounding.
