We had a perfectly fine visit. Service was fine, not outstanding. The food was fine, but not outstanding. Restaurant was fairly clean (but not completely with sticky floors in the bathrooms and sticky tables). Not fancy, but acceptable. Glad to have Silver in the neighborhood, though, as a fine option for dinner, dessert, or brunch.

Our omelettes, as usual were quite good and our service was exceptional. It is a great place for a Business breakfast or a Casual breakfast with family and friends.

There were very few people in the restaurant when we arrived. It took a very long time for the waiter to come and take our order. It took an even longer time for him to bring out our meals. There was a mischarge for a substituted item, which we did not find out until much later. In fact, when I asked for the bill, he just came over and told me the total amount and didn’t hand me any paper or receipt for what was ordered that I could check. That has never occurred in any type of restaurant before. it was a very unpleasant experience and the food was not good either

Silver in Cathedral Heights is the place for a perfect Sunday brunch. On this beautiful late summer day, the outdoor patio was filled and the inside had a sizeable crowd, but I noted it was not too loud at all. The food is terrific. In my party, we each ordered omelets, ordered with slight adjustments. Our server Kenya deserves a shoutout for juggling everything so efficiently. It is a delicious looking menu and I look forward to going back.

We were seated efficiently which is not always the case. Our server gave us menus and poured water. She returned 15 minutes later to take our order. Just after that a couple was seated near us. The food arrived 30 minutes later. Toward the end of our dining the couple at the next table paid their check and left. Our empty plates stayed on the table for another 20 minutes until another server removed them. After another 20 minutes our server came back to the zip code so we could ask for a check. She produced the machine immediately.
