Whilst Silures is firmly rooted in Wales, benefiting from the abundance of local produce available, the all-day dining menu is inspired by the broadness and endless possibilities of Modern European cuisine.

The all-day dining menu is available from day to night, with Sunday Roast showcasing on the weekends. The bar is a bustling and non-stop space, open to all and featuring a range of crafted cocktails, draught beer and bespoke bar snacks.

Born in Roath, Cardiff, Silures is an integral part of the community not only by creating an accessible but premium offering, but by championing environmental sustainability, local supply lines and ethical practices.

I've eaten at Silures previously but this was my visit for Sunday lunch. It certainly won't be my last. Food was first class and service as ever was excellent. This is fast becoming my go to Cardiff restaurant.

Gorgeous dinner for my husband’s birthday. Excellent food and service. Great ambience on a Friday night. Will be coming back. Can’t wait to try the new venue too.

Fantastic experience at Silures last night. The maître d' was welcoming and friendly and our waiter Oliver was very helpful Outstanding food, wine and atmosphere. Upper end of the budget but delicious none the less.

A meal at Silures is always an experience, and tonight was no different. A birthday card was waiting for dad from the management, and set the tone for a great night. Don’t be put off by the fancy sounding menu - while some of the dishes are intricate and balanced, the ingredients are beautiful and respected. If you’re not sure about a process name, just ask. The waiters are friendly, attentive, and know their stuff. Cocktails and wines were also fab. Thanks as always for a great night.

Our Second visit and won't be our last. Delightful dishes cooked to perfection and presented perfectly. What sets this apart is the attention to detail when it comes to service. In my top 3 only beaten by thr Art School Liverpool and the American Bar at the Savoy. From our greeting upon entrance to wish us congratulations as we were celebrating our anniversary speaks of 5 star service, to the cocktail waiter wishing us good day as we depart. We had 3 courses if you go the Hispie Cabbage is a must. My fillet was cooked to perfection and the strawberry pistachio tart was a delight to the eye as well as the Pallet. Can't wait to return on a Saturday Afternoon to while away a few hours with a sharing platter and Cocktails.
