Whilst Silures is firmly rooted in Wales, benefiting from the abundance of local produce available, the all-day dining menu is inspired by the broadness and endless possibilities of Modern European cuisine.

The all-day dining menu is available from day to night, with Sunday Roast showcasing on the weekends. The bar is a bustling and non-stop space, open to all and featuring a range of crafted cocktails, draught beer and bespoke bar snacks.

Born in Roath, Cardiff, Silures is an integral part of the community not only by creating an accessible but premium offering, but by championing environmental sustainability, local supply lines and ethical practices.

Booked this off the back of a great 18th birthday family meal for my son. Friends very impressed by the venue, staff and food. Relaxed and unhurried Sunday lunch with excellent wine recommendation. Enjoyed so much will be back for my birthday after Christmas.

Lovely Sunday lunch. My husband had the crispy pork which was exquisite. I had the beef which again was perfectly cooked. The vegetables were delicious and the cauliflower cheese a lovely accompaniment. We will definitely return and try the midweek menu.

Great food and fantastic service, great choice for meat eaters and veggies, probably our favourite place to eat in Cardiff.

Food was delicious service slow two of my party have invisible disabilities we did ask if we could use the disabled toilet to ensure it was not needed by another guest and was told this was okay but after we used the disabled toilet a member of staff locked it up wish they had been a little more understanding

Had Sunday lunch here today greeted greeted by Andrew quirky guy and very friendly warm welcome good front of house Lunch was good 👍🏼 Yorkshire pudding a bit overcooked veg and meat nice cooked rare our server Oliver was professional Rice pudding was amazing 10/10 Cheese and accompaniment very good
