Whilst Silures is firmly rooted in Wales, benefiting from the abundance of local produce available, the all-day dining menu is inspired by the broadness and endless possibilities of Modern European cuisine.

The all-day dining menu is available from day to night, with Sunday Roast showcasing on the weekends. The bar is a bustling and non-stop space, open to all and featuring a range of crafted cocktails, draught beer and bespoke bar snacks.

Born in Roath, Cardiff, Silures is an integral part of the community not only by creating an accessible but premium offering, but by championing environmental sustainability, local supply lines and ethical practices.

Mine and my partner’s experience at Silures was amazing. The customer service was great, we were welcomed and made feel comfortable by the friendliest off staff, they truly went above and beyond. The food was absolutely beautiful, me and my partner really enjoyed. I would recommend this restaurant and I can’t wait to go back.

We sat outside in the lovely terrace area & were provided with blankets when it got a little chilly. The service was amazing, attentive, friendly & professional. The food was excellent with high quality fresh ingredients. Cannot wait to go back.

As ever, at Silures – excellence is the norm. I feel it would be easy to get complacent about such an experience if it weren't for the considered and generous hospitality which along with the ambience of sophisticated coziness provides the perfect setting for a date. There is a lovely atmosphere in Silures, the staff are friendly and helpful although on this visit service was a bit slow in parts. The food was good and their sticky toffee pudding is probably the best you'll ever try. It can be a bit pricey

Parked easily on Wellfield Rd and were greeted by the staff at Silures, who offered us water and cocktails! The meal was delicious, bread & olives, oysters to start, followed by chicken and fillet mains. Great service and ambience all round. Special thanks to Andrew, fabulous!

We recently ate lunch in the outside terrace. The £19.05 deal was amazing value and the food was GORGEOUS. The sommelier was so helpful and knowledgeable and Andrew makes the experience. The garden is a lovely place to be on a warm day and we will definitely be back soon!

If you are in Cardiff, you have to eat here. It is simply the best by far. Food, ambiance, service is exceptional - they have absolutely nailed it. Fabulous courtyard dining if the weather is kind too. Thank you - we will be back!
