The space can accommodate up to 250 people at round tables or up to 350 people reception-style. In addition, the ballroom opens up to more than 6,000-square-feet of outdoor lawn space. PILOT HOUSE BOARDROOM: A perfect space for meetings or corporate retreats, the Pilot House boardroom is more than 480-square-feet, has views of the harbor and can accommodate 50 people reception-style. The Pilot House is an ideal venue for guests to connect the day after your wedding over a continental breakfast and gift opening. Our waitress Tori was fabulous. Our food and drinks were great. The only thing that wasn't very good was the decaf coffee I had with Baily's after our meal. The coffee was not good at all and ruined the Baily's flavor :( Other than that, all was great. It was especially nice to see the Bentleyville lights come on and we could watch for the crowds to lighten up so we could make our way over after dinner. Can't wait to come back up there another time!

We arrived 20 minutes prior to our reservation, restaurant was empty, the young hostess would not seat us and told us to come back at our reservation time (again empty restaurant). Food was decent, though the seafood ordered was served warm to cold, I believe it was cooked first and sat while the other entrees were being cooked. The fries were served cold as well. The craft cocktails were excellent, however we were there for the culinary experience.

I got the shrimp skewer meal, they were really big and delicous but the sides could have been better. The carmelized brussells and butternut squash were dry and not sweet at all. The wild rice was dry and not flavorful either. The drink I ordered was an espresso martini, it was super good but really strong. Meh food for the prices.

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The pancakes were sour and cold. The service was terrible and the waitress never asked how our food tasted. Dinner was great the night before, but will never go back for breakfast.

We went to the Thanksgiving Day buffet. Our server was nice and we had a great view of Bentleyville, but the buffet was a bit expensive ($34) and lackluster. Some of the dishes were good but most were very generic. The stuffing was great, but I don't think anyone touched the green bean casserole the whole time I was there. There were several items that were allowed to run out for long periods (replenishable things like spoons for the soups, parmesan for the salad, etc). The dessert tables were a mess and full of crumbs. It was just a whole lot of no one maintaining the buffet tables. Overall it was very ok and we still had a nice evening, but there are too many other good restaurants in Duluth for us to want to give this place another shot on a normal night.

It was a huge number of people. Not many people serving. I expected much more from Thanksgiving dinner. By the time we made to the food there were no fruits anymore.

This Thanksgiving buffet was our first and last time at silos. I would have paid more for better quality. Soup was cold. Prime rib was very salty and greasy. Vegetables underdone. I am glad part of our party cancelled, I would have been embarassed to share this with them.
