BAYFRONT BALLROOM: This 3,400-square-feet venue features dynamic views of the harbor, Bayfront Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge. The space can accommodate up to 250 people at round tables or up to 350 people reception-style. In addition, the ballroom opens up to more than 6,000-square-feet of outdoor lawn space. PILOT HOUSE BOARDROOM: A perfect space for meetings or corporate retreats, the Pilot House boardroom is more than 480-square-feet, has views of the harbor and can accommodate 50 people reception-style. The Pilot House is an ideal venue for guests to connect the day after your wedding over a continental breakfast and gift opening. PRIVATE ROOFTOP HARBORSIDE DECK : Located on the second floor and facing the Duluth-Superior Harbor, the private outdoor cocktail deck can accommodate up to 150 people reception-style or a sit-down dinner for up to 60 people. I got the shrimp skewer meal, they were really big and delicous but the sides could have been better. The carmelized brussells and butternut squash were dry and not sweet at all. The wild rice was dry and not flavorful either. The drink I ordered was an espresso martini, it was super good but really strong. Meh food for the prices.

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The pancakes were sour and cold. The service was terrible and the waitress never asked how our food tasted. Dinner was great the night before, but will never go back for breakfast.

We went to the Thanksgiving Day buffet. Our server was nice and we had a great view of Bentleyville, but the buffet was a bit expensive ($34) and lackluster. Some of the dishes were good but most were very generic. The stuffing was great, but I don't think anyone touched the green bean casserole the whole time I was there. There were several items that were allowed to run out for long periods (replenishable things like spoons for the soups, parmesan for the salad, etc). The dessert tables were a mess and full of crumbs. It was just a whole lot of no one maintaining the buffet tables. Overall it was very ok and we still had a nice evening, but there are too many other good restaurants in Duluth for us to want to give this place another shot on a normal night.

It was a huge number of people. Not many people serving. I expected much more from Thanksgiving dinner. By the time we made to the food there were no fruits anymore.

This Thanksgiving buffet was our first and last time at silos. I would have paid more for better quality. Soup was cold. Prime rib was very salty and greasy. Vegetables underdone. I am glad part of our party cancelled, I would have been embarassed to share this with them.

Silos is a fun place with great views of the Bentleyville holiday lights. But on Nov. 23 for dinner, it was not well done. Food and drink service was slow, requested items forgotten. The food was inconsistent, both in temperature and quality. The flatbread was cold and needed to be energetically cut into pieces. The mushroom and Swiss burger was cold and overcooked, with WAY too much sauce on it and the fries were so salty that they were inedible. The salmon was good and so were the pretzels. Dinner for three was $180 (only two draft beers) so quite overpriced for the service and quality.

Absolutely loved it!!! Went later in the evening to celebrate the hubby and I’s first wedding anniversary and we will be back next year, the food was delicious!! The drinks were definitely worth getting a drink. Thank you for making our Anniversary so special ❤️

I love staying at PB and eating at silo every time. I’m in Duluth. I would like to see a better variety on the menu and also bigger variety of Chardonnay that can be purchased by the glass..
