Perfect, as always. Northeast oysters are definitely addictive. Will most likely never eat gulf oysters again.

It was beautiful weather to sit outside on their porch. We were a group of moms mainly there for wine and appetizers at 5pm. Waiter was friendly, and when we had a question on the bill bill he quickly resolved it. All appetizers were really good and we had a great evening at Silo!

We have been repeat customers for over 7 years. Our visit on 10/8 was overall a good experience but was disappointed in two items we chose this time. The first one was the blistered shishito peppers which were tasty but very undercooked which rendered them too firm. The second was the little gem caesar salad. We have had it numerous times and my dissatisfaction rested in the fact that it was way over dressed. I find this to be a frequent problem at many restaurants. I usually order the dressing on the side to avoid this problem and will do that in the future. We also ordered the mussels and they were outstanding as was the grilled tuna steak. Service was friendly and good but a bit under attentive. Guess that is better than having a helicopter server which can be aggravating but we had to twice ask someone to find our server. Always appreciate their wine list. We are fans of the Italian varietal, Falanghina, and Silo is one of the few local restaurants that includes it in their wine selections. All In all, it was a good experience but not quite up to what we have had in the past. None of this will prevent us from returning. Silo remains one of our favorite restaurants.

As always with the Silo staff, our waitress Elizabeth was superb. Food was delicious and service top of the line.

It was our first time at Silo and the service and food were excellent! The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend for special occasions/date nights.

Very disappointed… Usually a great experience This time a bad one We started with a waiter and finished with another Had to repeat our request in the process Fries were almost cold so second waiter said ; sorry dessert is on us, then proceeded to charge my dessert Rockefeller oysters way too dry So no, not a good experience at all that time and not sure we want to go back

All was incredible - only thing lacking was staff not knowing the occasion prior to our arrival. Seems an easy thing to check the reservation upon our arrival and let the waiter know. Other than that, our experience was great - really good food as always

Silo Elevated at Dominion is the most consistent restaurant that we have ever experienced with regard to its food quality and preparation and a staff that is knowledgeable and management that is courteous and vet attentive. Kudos to Wes. You run a great show! Highly recommended. Have the Sea Bass.
