The Lobster crab fondue was sooo good!!!! Lobster was great. Chilean sea bass great!! Really good experience.

SILO Prime is a hidden gem. We have dined there on several occasions and on both visits we were extremely satisfied with the ambience, the food, and the service. We also found out that they have a rooftop bar which we will definitely be visiting in the very near future. It has an amazing view of downtown San Antonio that you can enjoy while sitting back relaxing having a beverage of choice and enjoying each other’s company. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have an exquisite dining experience.

Silo Prime exceeded expectations on every front. The ambiance was perfect—quiet yet lively with a talented piano player who brought warmth and charm to the setting. Our waiter was exceptional, attentive without being intrusive, and made the experience feel seamless. The food was a standout, with each dish showcasing fresh ingredients and balanced flavors. The steak Oscar style was cooked to perfection, and the shrimp, oysters, and crab cake were all delicious. Wedge salads were crisp and flavorful, and the drinks hit the mark. Altogether, Silo Prime is a vibe and a fantastic choice for a memorable night out.

This was my reward dinner for a great conference presentation. It had an old lounge feel: warm and comfortable. Our waiter was wonderful. He answered all questions, made dietary adjustments, and recommended a wonderful wine to go with my meal. Steak was delicious as were the fingerling potatoes.

Fondue is wonderful..steaks are cooked perfectly..Our waiter, Andrew, was exceptional.. we had drinks and cheese at rhe RoofTop bar before dinner.. Bartenders were great. View Spectacular. Appetizer assortment lacking!!!

The only downside to a very nice experience was a piano player who just seemed to bang the keys instead of playing appropriate background music and a table of 6 men in the corner, who I assume were drunk before they arrived, who were yelling and carrying on as if they were in a Sport’s Bar watching a game. Maybe a tactful word from the Manager would have helped. Then again, maybe not.

This is a contender for top steak in San Antonio. Apparently a local franchise, but the one in the Fairmont downtown is all about Steak. I got the 6oz filet and a side of the best roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon ever. Wine selection is great and wide-spanning. We settled on a Beaune Pinot. Paired lovely with the steak. This was a business dinner and everyone was pleased with the entrees and service. Recommend the Tokay 5 for dessert!
