The worlds first Zero Waste restaurant, Silo's menu is an expression of natural farming and closed loop cooking, demonstrating quality within sustainability.
Situated in Hackney Wick overlooking the River Lea, the restaurant features an open and spacious, relaxed dining room, counter seating around the kitchen and hearth, as well as a private dining room.

It had been a long time that we wanted to try Silo, and it exceeded our "brewing" expectations. Outstanding experience by any standards! Truly enjoyed the food, the service, the venue, the music, the ambience, the people, you name it! Well done, we will spread the word, and we already look forward to coming back!

Impressive experience! The food and service were outstanding, the menu varied and exceptionally flavourful, but the most important element was the cause that this restaurant is all about: zero-waste! We received a tour of the fermentation approach and process, and the vision behind this enterprise - it was beautiful not only to see the respect shown to the produce on our plates but also the passion for eliminating waste, excess and complication. We will certainly return and support this cause, while enjoying exquisite food ;)

Absolutely amazing. Well thought out from beginning to end. Insane value. The wild rabbit dim sum tasted like a hug - warm, lovingly firm and exciting. It would be absolutely mental not to go here. Dining here is up in my top 5 best decisions of my life.

Had the All In tasting menu with wine pairing. Very overpriced compared to similar experiences but received a lot less. Food was very tasty, but it didn't blow me away.
