Second visit. The menu once again an extremely interesting, varied and flavoursome experience. Wine pairing excellent too. There was no pressure to move and we spent three enjoyable hours there. Couple of thoughts. You could have a wider range of non/low alcohol drinks available. Also might be worth checking what level of description is needed. I didn’t want to seem rude but some of the back stories were very long and slightly ott. You could ask if the 90s elevator pitch version is sufficient! Left with a gift if a loaf of bread that was v gratefully received. Will definitely be back.

Great food, really delicious and fun. Good service. Portions too small and we paid the supplement for an extra course but still came away wanting.

Another sublime Silo meal - there's nothing they do that isn't carefully considered and intensely delicious. Love every meal we have here.

One of the most amazing dining experience me and my partner witnessed. The staff were so nice and attentive. They also made my partner feel so special on her birthday and gave her a tour as she is a chef and loves learning about this inspiring company. Had no complaints from the food being amazing with explanation to the wine pairing which was perfect! Definitely will be attending again when down south!

We've been multiple times to Silo and love the tasting menu. The food and the concept are great, but this time the service was way too slow. It took three hours for the tasting menu, with 15 - 20 minutes between many courses. It's not been like this before, so perhaps it was a blip, but it did reduce the quality of the experience.
