This unique experience allows guests to enjoy a variety of chef’s top seasonal cuisines in artful presentation. This experience is available to party sizes of two or four. All guests are served the same menu driven from the current yields of our local purveyors (allergies can be accommodated with advance notice). Requested times are subject to adjustments. Add-ons such as wine pairings, bourbon tasting or cocktail pairings are available to enhance your experience. PLEASE NOTE: We kindly advise against modifications to Chef's Tasting menu selections. Each item is a composed dish that Chef has created. If you are not open to fully experiencing Chef's creative selections; we strongly suggest you order from our regular daily menus.

Every part of this dining experience was outstanding. Samantha was a great guide in all aspects of the restaurant. Adrianna was an efficient and attentive server. The drinks and the food were sumptuous. It was a fabulous evening.

Amazing that there’s such an urbane place in such a small town. Server was the best; cocktails off (old vermouth?), bread good but they got the cutlery wrong (everyone needs their own knife to spread butter!), mushrooms dry and unappetizing, buratta very good if a bit oversauced, entrees extremely oversauced. A few off notes but a nice night overall. They do aim to please but need to remember less is more. Best of luck in fixing things just a bit!

Was greeted promptly and table was readied and quite nice. The woman who handled the balance of the meal was superb. Great food, too!

We live in London so have some amazing restaurants to eat in, I struggle when we visit our home here as I don’t eat meat but do fish, the seabass last night was the best ever, the bread was to die for and our service was amazing as always ., thank you Sarah B. Such value for money, this would have cost in the hundreds at home. Brilliant night! ,

Silas is a beautiful restaurant with out of the ordinary food. Perfect for a special occasion or just an evening out with friends. Our waitress was wonderful, the food was wonderful, and the decor beautiful! Great place for lunch or dinner!

The vegetarian plate was outstanding, although the grilled peppers in it were very hot. But it is the best vegetarian main course I can remember.
