Chef John Carpenter has created a Tasting Menu dining experience driven by seasonal flavors and local produce availability. Let us make all the decisions while you enjoy the evening and the company. For $135 per person you will enjoy an eight course dinner with sommelier wine pairings available for an additional charge. See the menu under the Open Table Menus tab. We ask table participation and no substitutions.

Enjoy the ultimate Teddy Bear Brunch experience at Signature Restaurant at La Cantera Resort & Spa, benefiting Children’s Bereavement Center, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday, November 3. In observance of Children’s Grief Awareness Month, La Cantera Resort & Spa is hosting the brunch to educate, advocate and raise awareness about the needs of grieving children, teens and their families, by focusing on the good works of Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas. One hundred percent of proceeds from the Teddy Bear Brunch will benefit Children’s Bereavement Center. Tickets are $75 for adults, $45 for children. Please note, our regular brunch menu WILL NOT be available this day.

Join us for Christmas Dinner at Signature. Chef John Carpenter's special prix fixe dinner will feature 7 courses designed to compliment the season and your family's celebration. We will also feature a multi-course menu for kids 12 and younger. Adult price is $125 and kids price is $65. Please note we will NOT be serving our regular menu on Christmas Day.
