Meticulously researched, planned and executed by the team led by Chef Sahil Sethi, and mentored by none other than Chef Sujan Sarkar, SIFR is a refreshingly different story of Middle Eastern cuisine seen through a whole new lens of creativity.

SIFR’s dishes are mostly cooked over a charcoal and wood-fired hearth, offering Mezze and larger plates, best shared family-style, as is common in Middle Eastern culture.

Each course is a testament to culinary creativity, drawing inspiration from traditional Middle Eastern ingredients and techniques while presenting them with a modern twist. Reservations for our Tasting Menu Experience will be seated indoors in the Main Dining Room. Gluten Free, Vegan, and Halal diets can be accommodated.

Most of the food was kind of disappointing. They refill the waters way too much and honestly felt like they were lingering. When they come by to wipe the table while we're still there, it feels aggressive. And they tell you when you arrive when you are expected to leave, but they brought us our food less than 30 mins from that time. If you're just going for ambiance/to take pics, it's great, but you can get better food elsewhere.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully plated. We tried several different things and not a single one disappointed. Service was friendly and prompt.

I would recommend this to all. Server Agustine was amazing. Food was incredible, best chicken kebab in the city. Such an amazing experience. Will be back very soon.

The food was excellent. The second story rooftop area was fabulous. Our server was just OK. I would recommend very strongly.

Interesting take on Middle Eastern preparations with a light Indian touch. Overall the dishes are quite tasty and the combinations quite unique.
