Located inside The Blake Hotel, welcome to Siena New Haven... a bridge where Italian tradition meets modern contemporary flare. Antipasti, artisanal crostini, from scratch pasta, and so much more available to you. Our menu features a carefully curated cocktail program and extensive wine list. Siena New Haven is located on the lobby floor. Guests can also visit the High George by Siena - New Haven's premiere rooftop bar, located on the 6th floor and open year round. It is outfitted with a full bar and lighter food options. High George by Siena Rooftop is open Thursday through Saturday. Reservations are recommended, but not required. We are open to the public and available for semi-private and private events.

Siena is a lovely restaurant with beautiful decor and gorgeous atmosphere. When we arrived, it took a little bit of time for us to get seated. If you're making a noon reservation, be sure to allocate some time, as the restaurant staff are usually still setting up for service at that time. We were seated a bit after our reservation, even though the restaurant was near-empty. The lunch menu is delicious with two options: a la carte and prix fixe. A colleague and I opted for splitting a few of the a la carte lunch options, hot honey ricotta toast, smash burger, and olive oil cake. All of the food was very fresh, well-made, and delicious. A great spot, overall. Would definitely recommend and dine again.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in New Haven. The food is delicious and perfectly portioned. Dining area and bar have a very cozy yet modern vibe. Will definitely be returning.

Given the critics acclaim for the restaurant, we were disappointed. The waitstaff is very good, but our food was mediocre. Interesting vibe, but noisy for dinner conversation.

Let me start by saying the food was fantastic but the fantastic ends there. The bar service on arrival was slow. Our server was as attentive as could be given they were handling maybe a dozen tables some with parties of 6. The martinis were not cold enough but the red wine was chilled to perfection. We ordered a pasta dish as one of our main courses and no one offered parmigiana or pepper when it was served. We had to flag someone down. Again, the food was great from appetizers to dessert. The wine list is extensive. Whoever named this the most beautiful restaurant in Connecticut should visit their location of the same name in Norwalk. Much more beautiful.

Great dining experience, my husband had the Chopped Salad & the Rigatoni w/Bolognese sauce & I had the Beet salad & the Scallops. My husband said both were great and my Beet Salad and Scallops were the best I've ever had.

Overall decor is nice, however, the LED lighting is terrible, especially when they are dimmed. It makes you and your food look grey. Very unfortunate! Our waitress was great and super attentive. The food was wonderful as well, but we also eat with our eyes.

Although our waitress was very good, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Despite making reservations well ahead of time we were seated at a table that abutted the server station. The food portions were very small for the prices. The half a chicken did not close to a half. On top of that the chicken was very dry. The pasta dish had very few noodles. The free house made limoncello and biscotti were a nice touch but did not make up for the rest.

We're glad to hear that your waitress provided attentive service, but we're truly sorry to learn that the rest of your visit fell short of expectations. Seating arrangements and portion sizes are aspects we take seriously, and we apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment they caused. Our pastas are portioned as a mid course, something you could enjoy between an appetizer and entree. The half chicken is indeed the entire half, it is just completely deboned, and appears smaller because of this. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the complimentary limoncello and biscotti, but we understand that they may not fully compensate for the shortcomings you encountered.
