Great experience once again! Starting their Fall menu with the tasty Honeynut Squash. It was the chef’s birthday so they also shared bubbles and cake! Truly a community restaurant with upscale touches.

Siempre Algo is an outstanding restaurant that my wife and I have been to many times. it is always inventive, tasty and interesting. I was a little disappointed with my Ribeye this mea,l as it leaned a bit towards medium rather than the medium rare I ordered. the wines are a great value and the Vanila Bourbon Ice Cream is the best in the city.

Tuna tartare was excellent but the bread/cracker it came with was too soft and brittle to be of any use. The tamal was unique and extremely flavorful with one of the best chimichuri sauces I’ve had. Erin was a wonderful waitress

Food was good. Generous quantities. Quiche was a tad salty, and stracciatella was excellent but by the time I got half way through the vegetables the bread had become soggy from sitting in the mozzarella. A few kinks to work out perhaps? The salmon, Caesar salad and schnitzel were all quite good, and the Hummingbird Cake was a definite WINNER!! Bubbles were a nice touch!!

Thought the cocktails were good and reasonably priced. waitress was prompt and friendly - about what I would expect for a higher end restaurant. My main issue is the food. The price for bread was ridiculous - we ate at another restaurant Sunday - again high end and the bread was complimentary and very good. Another higher end restaurant does charge for bread but $3 vs $9 - that was a big miss. Also there was no carb side dish - where are a potatoes dish or vegetables - greens were a side on both out dishes - I would pay $9 for potatoes or vegetable dishes, i just did not have the option. Both dishes were prepared. The prawns were very good although 5 is a little light on for price and not sure they were tiger prawns - when i have tiger prawns in the past they were much bigger. The quiche was solid, although flavors were a little muddle. Also options felt limited - needed another meat dish - or maybe I was missing something. overall - fell short of expectations.

This is now the 5th time I’ve been to Siempre. It’s an incredible experience everytime. They have such thoughtful service and a beautifully curated menu. I highly recommend the cantaloupe and prosciutto appetizer. And the salted bourbon ice cream is necessary.

The food is always great. However, my husband had the steak this last time and it was very tasty but chewy. I had the rabbit dish and it was excellent.
