   The chicken and waffles were good—perhaps a thick buttermilk waffle might compliment the chicken and honey-sriracha sauce better. The Belgian liege waffle w pearl sugar was good, but was almost too sweet when paired with the honey sriracha sauce 😅

   Food and service were fantastic. I had the chicken sandwich and it couldn’t have been better. Service was great, never had an empty water glass or had to wait for requests.

   I have been to every Shy Bird location in Boston, and every single one is fantastic. The food is always amazing and the service and people are lovely!

   Delicious. What a great addition to the Brookline/Fenway area. The whipped feta and the roasted cauliflower were standouts - and of course, their scrumptious roasted chicken

   Perhaps my expectations were set too high by the reviews on Open Table, but my roast chicken, with Peri peri sauce was very disappointing. The quality of the meat wasn't great and the sauce was so heavily smothered on that it made the skin soggy. My dinner companion had the plain roast chicken with the mustard sauce on the side. Do yourself a favor and get a roast chicken from Market Basket ---honestly, it's much better. The fries with rosemary-pepper were okay. Our server was delightful, which kept the evening from being a total loss.
