The Shula's Story
Established in 1989, Shula's Steak House started with one goal in mind - to carry on the legacy of Coach Don Shula, one of the greatest coaches in NFL history. 30 years later, we've taken that goal and run with it. We're proud to offer the highest quality steaks, fresh-caught seafood, and tantalizing sides.

When Coach Don Shula opened the first Shula's Steak House in 1989, he took his winning formula to a whole new level. He wanted to provide the highest quality steaks in a warm, inviting setting. There's an ethos to excellence - it doesn't matter if you're coaching an undefeated football team, or grilling up a porterhouse - we make sure we live by it.

Took more than 45 mins to get salad, hour and a half for entrees. Server hardly ever checked in, drink refills were almost non-existent.ambiance was no different than any other hotel restaurant, other than the trophies at the front door nothing was reminiscent of football or said this is Shula’s. Food when it arrived was not well seasoned and half of it was cold.

Hadn't been to any Shula's in 20+ years, was excited to return as I've always had tremendous meals there. Not sure if this was due to the fact that this location is in a hotel vs. stand alone but was quite disappointed. Service was great, super nice people. But the food just wasn't what I remembered. Steak was mediocre, didn't have lobster tail available, scallops were dry and essentially uneatable. Even the fries were overcooked and dry. Was ready for the exceptional meal that I've enjoyed there many times in the past and left truly disappointed.

Steak overdone by a lot. Over one hour wait for our food. Understaffed.

Our server was knowledgeable but the food was way over salted. There were 6 of of dining and four thought their food was too salty. One person loved salt and thought their food was fine. I asked if they could redo the scallops as, in my opinion, they were inedible, and was told there is a new chef and they would not reduce the salt even at my request. Based on that, I’ll not go back there.

We have been to this establishment in the past and returned because of the great experience we had previously for our sr. executive group. it is a quiet place for us to be able to enjoy a meal and allow us to have a discussion. Unfortunately, this time was a huge miss. 4 of our group of 12 had to have their meals returned to the chef for overcooked steaks. 3 of those had to return it a second time and were not able to finish their dinners. Very disappointed, especially given the price of meals.
