   I really wanted to like this place. The vibe inside is nice however the location is in a dumpy part of Frederick. The food…ehhh. Over priced. The chefs breakfast is 3 eggs bacon, toast and breakfast potatoes ($18) the eggs were undercooked. My husband got the hash and the meat he said was “old/ from last nights dinner leftovers”. ($18). The Chesapeake Mary was lack luster ($18) the mimosa flight was decent ($16). We thought Brunch was going to be something different to celebrate our anniversary and we’re very disappointed. We did get a free cheesecake however it wasn’t even big enough to split. The size of a cupcake/muffin ($10). Our bill was $77 and we tipped 20%. Too expensive for blah food.

   Hadn’t eaten there in awhile but the menu was basically the same as Family Meal except maybe the cocktails. We got the meat loaf and we enjoyed it but it was very dense. The potatoes and mushroom gravy added to the flavor. The onion rings were very good—-they were cut thick. The chicken pot pie balls were a bit soggy but the sauce added some zip! The peach sangria was very tasty. Our server was so good —-service was excellent. Diana couldn’t have been more accommodating She made the visit !!!!!

   Book ahead during the weekend, the place gets packed for brunch! Otherwise, food is a good portion for the price, and we were well taken cared of by our server!

    This was our first time at Showroom. We had looked at the menu beforehand and it read like casual dining with a hint of sophistication. The food was amazing. We ordered steak frites (which I opted for mashed potatoes in place of the fries), mushroom risotto with shrimp, and a beet salad. To drink, we ordered an old fashioned and a skinny margarita. Everything was impeccable. The only reason why we didn’t order dessert was because there was no room! We were stuffed. Not only was the food great, but the service was excellent. The hosts and servers alike were all super friendly and made us feel right at home. The restaurant itself was very chic. Similar to the menu, it read sophisticated diner. It’s perfect for a family meal or date night. I would recommend 10/10.
