Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.

The staff was friendly and very attentive. We ordered the home fires in duck fat and mimosa flight as an appetizer and I ordered the shrimp and grits, while my husband ordered the biscuits & gravy. Both meals were delicious, they were seasoned well and came out hot. Would definitely return the next time I’m in the area.

We ordered the short rib hash and breakfast sandwich, a grilled cheese sandwich, biscuits and a coffee. The coffee came out quickly and the food in a reasonable amount of time. Once the food was dropped off our server didn’t check on us for quite a while. When they did we asked for more salt as the hash wasn’t seasoned. The shaker on our table was empty. A shaker was brought over from another table that didn’t work, but appeared to be full. After removing the lid the top of the glass and salt was brown. My egg sandwich lacked any flavor aside from the bacon, just a luke warm pile of mush. After two bites I was disgusted. The coffee was never refilled and we were not visited for quite some time when we asked for the check, and shared our thoughts on the meal and lack of service. My sandwich was comped. This was the absolute last time I will be eating there.

Love this place for meeting with girlfriends over brunch! The food is great, always fresh and tastes fantastic. The menu selection is just right for gatherings like ours ... some wanted breakfast, some wanted lunch, some wanted light fare and others wanted full meals. Everyone was pleased with their order. I had the French Omelet (spinach and Swiss cheese) served with roasted potatoes along with an everything bagel on the side... what can I say other than… YUM! We had a wonderful server who was very attentive to all our requests. PS ... great fresh coffee/specialty coffee, tea, and fun brunch drinks too!

Great food, great service, large portions, especially for the price. We were there for brunch but definitely want to check out dinner

The food and service was exceptional. The environment is quite noisy due to all the hard surfaces in the room and it was sometimes difficult to hear our dining companions.
