Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. Adult beverages include boozy milkshakes, craft beers, wine, & signature cocktails. Signature dishes include Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Meatloaf, Chicken & Waffles, and Duck Fat Fried Potatoes.

Great food. Mac and cheese and cheese dip were amazing. Need more chips for the dip tho. Service was a bit scattered. Cocktails were delicious. Highly recommend the pina colada or the skinny margarita. Lemonade, however, was terrible - totally watered down. A good solid choice for a night out if you’re not in a hurry.

The food for brunch we had was very good. We shared the cheddar chive biscuits and each had a different type of French omelet (both were very good and filling.) The biggest take away though is that toast doesn't automatically come with eggs. Toast is extra and we didn't know that so as we were ordering we both asked for rye toast (which I didn't even eat because I was already so full). When we got the bill we saw the additional $6.00 charge and mentioned to our waiter. He said he had already rung the credit card and admitted he should have told us it wasn't included. (They have a small salad on the side instead of toast). We didn't ask for anything back but I'm writing this to let others know not to make the mistake we made. Aside from this, as I said, the food was very good and plentiful and I wouldn't let this stop us from returning but lesson learned for next time.

As always, the good, drinks, and service were great! This was yet another get together for me to introduce Showroom to a foodie friend. As with each previous trip, this friend is now a fan. 😁

Always an amazing restaurant. Try the fried chicken. The best ever. The chicken pot pie fritters are amazing. The absolutely best kale Caesar salad. Aduly milkshakes. So good.

I was drawn to the restaurant when I learned that a chef turned a car dealership into a restaurant. Ambience was really nice. The food was just not as good as I expected. My over easy eggs were undercooked with regards to the white part of the egg still being runny. The potatoes that came with my steak were extremely large bites…. the chef would do well to cut them in half if serving as a breakfast potato. The steak was cooked part to perfection… very pleased with it! The scrambled eggs with cheese that my husband got had just a slice of cheese laid over top the eggs rather than the eggs being scrambled with the cheese… i’ve never seen that before. The service was good…our waiter had good energy and was very pleasant.
