For over four generations, our own “family” of teppanyaki chefs, servers, staff, and management is dedicated to supporting and remaining an integral part of Shoji's. We commonly meet with three generations of customers who have become like family.

The over all experience is always very good. The only thing about this restaurant is how long everything takes. I’m sure that is typically how teppanyaki restaurants run but it was about 45 minutes before our order was even taken. Great entertainment and delicious food.

We enjoy eating at this establishment for special occasions. We were celebrating a family member‘s birthday on this particular visit. I will say upfront that the restaurant was very very busy that evening. Drink and appetizer service was very slow. Our chef was not near as entertaining as others we have had in the past, it just felt like he was trying to get through it. The others in our party ordered steak and or chicken, which they found to be very tasty. I ordered shrimp and scallops. The shrimp were fine, but the scallops had a very fishy taste to them and I did not enjoy them. The portions are absolutely huge, you will not leave hungry! Chances are you will have a fun dining experience so I would recommend a visit. Our experience this particular time was just not quite as good as others in the past.

We have been going to Shoji's for birthdays for 10 years. We usually go about 3 times a year. The most recent last 2 times we went the service just hasn't been the same. Smaller portion sizes, and the chef isn't as interactive. Food tastes different too... Great experience.. just it's changed. There was so much extra food and usually the chef gives everybody more, but this time he just put it in a box on the table and said one of the families gets to take it home.

At Shoji's, I took my Son and two guests for his birthday dinner. We were jamed in at the table . There was room for four, instead there was five or six. For my Son's 50th Birthday dinner he did not have enough table room, because of the over crouding. So he had to use his lap. Not good. I know your just trying to make money, but this is not the way to do it. We will not be back.

I miss the early bird special. Our server was rather quiet but good.

Best food we’ve ever had there. Chef Robert was amazing. Highly recommend him and Shoji’s.

They cram so many people at a table, it’s uncomfortable. The service was good, but the food wasn’t that great. The New York steak was so fatty and undercooked I didn’t even eat it. They ran out of vegetables so a few of us had to wait for more to be brought and then cooked. Not the greatest experience.
