This is, hands down, one of the top restaurants in Prince George! The food is always amazing, the staff are fantastic and the fun chef at the Teppanyaki tables is one of the many reasons we will keep coming back. 10/10!

This was the worst experience I’ve had at Shogun restaurant. They ran out of lobster, very disappointed. The after dinner chef show was lame. I have been here many times over the years, sadly the whole thing is just going downhill. Definitely not what it was, probably the last time I have dinner here.

Our server, Jasmine, went above and beyond for our regular date night visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Our chef, Sung, made sure all parties at the table got their dietary preferences met. Our Godzilla order was melt in your mouth umami...as always.

Great food! Great chef! Meh service. Atmosphere is just okay. Table wasn't set well and service was haphazard.

Overall, the experience was fantastic! The service was excellent! Server Hari was attentive to our order and delivered the appetizer before our meal. Our cook, Carlito, was amazing; we asked for beef cooked medium, and we got medium served; he’s friendly; he made everyone at the table included in the conversation and made us feel comfortable and welcome, and the host, Jasmin we came early than our reserve time. She did her best to accommodate us, so we didn't need to wait long. Overall, the experience was highly exceptional. Kudos to all staff; keep the expectations level high!!

It was a good experience with our private chef with the fancy flames and drum beating. It’s a bit pricey though for this kind of experience, but we enjoyed the food and entertainmeng in the most part.
