Initial experience was not good. We specifically reserved a table in the bar area to watch the Leafs game (with some atmosphere) but they tried to seat us in the dining area at a terrible table. There were “reserved” tables in a better area that they said they couldn’t seat us at, yet they didn’t hold a reserved table in the bar for our reservation. We ended up having to sit at the bar instead of at a table in the bar area. Once seated, the service was much better and the food was pretty good but it was still not a great place to watch the hockey game - no other fans around. I guess Leaf fans don’t come here. We now know to go somewhere else to catch the Leafs with other fans.

I was visiting Toronto for the first time and I found this bar to watch the fight but it was nothing that it promoted. Service was horrible. We felt ignored. The streaming of the fight was poor and lagging at all times. You couldn’t hear the sound from the TV. Also the food was very mid. It was just honestly sad and I left while giving so much chances and finished my night elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely terrible service; suggest of you ever want to eat to not choose bar side. The menu looked amazing and the food we actually got correct was okay(just not actually hot), the service was horrid. We were seated, then asked for a drink but it all went wrong after that. Would never go back to this one, maybe would try another……but not sure.

My food was cold and soggy. When I asked them to remake it they put it in the microwave and gave it back to me warm in spots and just as cold in others. It was disgusting.

We had an 5pm reservation and were seated immediately the restaurant was not busy maybe 1/4 full the server came the first time around 5:15 to take our drink orders. we do not received our drinks until 5:35 at which time we put in our food orders. We did not receive our food until 6:05, with no explanation.

Great location to eat before going to ball game, short walk after eating. Food was very good and arrived quickly. Service was great.

Great service!! Good food! Though happy hour offers were not available (despite ended Jay's game an hour before), we enjoyed what we found on the menu

waited 50 minutes for our meal - restaurant indoors not busy - lots of staff around - not acceptable

We arrived at our reservation time and were seated right away. This was on a Saturday night after a Jays game. The place was not full. The waitress (Jessica) came over to take our drink order after about 5 minutes. We ordered ginger ale. Then everything went south. It took her 30 minutes to bring us our drinks. Every time we saw her she took one tables drink order then disappeared for 5-10 minutes. Then she took another tables food order and disappeared for 5-10 minutes. The place started filling up, but she could only handle one order at a time. After taking our food order she was gone again. It took another 40 minutes to get our food. Other tables were getting up and leaving. We asked for the bill when our food came because we could see that this was going to be an issue. If she was new I’m not sure, but don’t give her a section with 8 or more tables on a Saturday night. Terrible service. Will not return.
