Came back hoping to repeat a great visit with friends from Waterloo; minus the part where I was called and harassed for not coming in 4 hrs early for my reservation. Admitted their mistake and expected some special treatment…nope! Our service was poor. I selected to a not have a high top table and they tried to seat us there. Our waitress was very unattentive. In our first half hour we were only asked about drinks…30 minutes to place our food orders. In the 1.5 hrs there (poor service not us), I had to flag the waitress down for just 1 refill…I could have done with another, but lots of time wasted waiting for waitress to check on us to see if we needed more. It was not busy, but was stupid loud from the soccer game. There were 6 of us at a table and I had to strain to hear someone not right beside me. Food was probably the only redeeming quality. The hot food anyways. I shared the funnel cake fries for dessert knowing it should have been a safe bet having had it before. There was zero caramel and instead they tripled up on the strawberry. This made it too sweet and we could not finish. Might need a break from this place.

Very efficient service, very amazing waiters / waitresses. amazing environment, was an amazing place to celebrate for mother's day!

Great service it was busy with the NHL playoffs but we were still able to watch the NBA playoffs that was very much appreciated

The overall experience was nice! It’s a good social place. We had a party of 2 and got sat in a small table against a wall, the table next to us were very close we were practically apart of their conversation but the service was amazing and the food was great!

My friend is a very picky eater and she loved it! Our waitress was super attentive and even the manager stopped by a few times to ensure we were happy. The only complaint I’d have is the call I received 3 hrs before our reservation accusing me of not showing and having the correct time in my calendar. They were quite assertive in telling me I was wrong multiple time before realizing they called the wrong person. Overall it was great and we’ll likely be back.

St Patrick’s day so busy and loud, slow-ish service… but the atmosphere was amazing and the food was even better!

Was alittle disappointed in my drink it was a drink with Jenn in it, but it was all ice I told the server about it and she said that that’s the way it comes therefore I would never order a drink there again

We went family day weekend on Sunday for a date. Didn't know kids eat free. Lots of kids. We asked to move to lounge. Waitress asked manager because there were private parties. Manager can over 5 minutes later and said he could move us. Food was really and service was really good. Thank you
