    Large group of children. Sitting across the restaurant from their adults. This allowed for a very loud, distributive and unenjoyable meal. Large groups with kids should NOT be left alone. The girls made a horrible mess of the floor around the table as well as the bathroom. Very limited gluten free items perhaps keeping one deep fryer for fries would allow for more gluten free options. No one wants to go out for a salad when everyone else is ordering food

    Everything was nice (food, service, noise level etc). However, they did not have my reservation. Luckily it was not busy at that time so they were able to accommodate us. This is not the fault of that location. That is an IT issue between Open Table and Shoeless Joes

    First time out to dinner since everything reopened and it was so nice to be cooked for and waited on :) thanks for the yummy food and pleasant service!

    booked a time, drove all the way there and they tell me my reservation wasn’t valid and the website was down for them.

    Given the pandemic, I try to be more understanding with wait staff. Unfortunately, there was so much wrong with this visit that I can’t just say “they’re trying”. The tables were not being cleaned and people were not being sat far enough apart. We waited thirty minutes to place a drink order and another fifteen minutes to place a food order. Our dinner took half an hour to arrive and was cold when it got there. We weren’t the only ones with this issue as the table beside us voiced their concerns when they were leaving. (Their table was not cleaned in the hour we remained as well). Regardless of pandemic difficulties, the staff just didn’t care to be there and it showed. The manager(?) walking around did nothing to help the staff either. This will be the last time we go here. Stay away unless you enjoy a healthy serving of frustration and disappointment with poor tasting food.

    Food was slow. Over an hour for a salad and chicken wrap. Last day before 3rd lockdown. Booked a table via open table and they didn’t seem to use the system...
