There was mixture of amazing dishes and average dishes. It was overall interesting experience but I don't think I would go back. Mostly due to amount of the food compare to the price and I wasn't blown away by the taste and ingredient.

It’s amazing! Chef Lee has a creative way in working hard-to-find Korean ingredients into his dishes. Those dishes work really well for people who like Asian food but I can also see the dishes work with a wide range of taste buds.

Service was excellent and food was amazing! The whole experience was absolutely a treat for us; every dish was a work of art. This probably isn’t the experience for you, though, if you are not into Korean spices/not open to exploring Korean.

Had an absolutely amazing experience. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and Jeff the bar manager was amazing at recommending drink options to pair with our experience. His knowledge and great cocktails made the experience phenomenal. We had such a great time and plan to return for the full tasting course.

Their service was exceptional and the menu was great! Strangely pleasant experience that reminded me of home-cook meals at the fine dining restaurant.

For someone familiar with Korean cuisine, many of the flavors will be well known. But for those who haven’t had the chance, the seven course meal will introduce you to many quintessential, concentrated tastes that you would find in Korean households, restaurants and convenience stores. The savory dishes were exceptionally savory, the seafood dishes captured a true oceanic flavor and the sweet dishes made you want more. A wonderful experience overall, if not somewhat expectable. There was perhaps a lack of ingenuity as the flavors and the overall experience felt like safe choices and similar to experiences at restaurants of comparable quality. A beautiful meal, but maybe in need of something a little more special to be an outstanding experience. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous, though we were held up at the front door for a few minutes when they were unable to find our booking. The host had what was perhaps an appropriate level of snobbery as they seemed more inclined to ask us to leave rather than continue trying to find the reservation.

Enjoyed food and service, will return. Signature drinks looked interesting and will definitely try next time. Easy to miss the entrance, so look close at the door or pay attention to the address. A few details I want to see improve: 1. They unanimously changed my reservation (moved up 15 min) without asking me or confirming afterwards. I only got automated message from the app. Given how much emphasis they put on the punctuality for the full enjoyment of the experience, I would say this is not acceptable. What if I could not make it earlier? 2. They need to update the welcome message on the app. I later found out I got a message written for 7-course meal when my reservation was for 5-course meal. So I thought I was getting welcome drinks, but there was none. 3. Relatedly, they need to keep the menu up to date. It listed welcome drinks on the 5-course menu, but later told me (only when I asked; they did not seem to have realized it was still there) that was only for limited period of time and now they don't serve it for 5-course meal. 4. Korean menu and english menu does not exactly match. Sure, some can be lost in translation, but highlighting different ingredients/part of the dish as the main is a different story. For one, I did not see how pork belly could be the main title for the porridge dish. I thought Korean menu was more accurate on that point. I would expect better coordination and attention to details especially at a restaurant with this class and price point.
