All ages are welcomed when our kitchen is open, until 11pm every day. After that, our bar remains open until closing for Adults 21+.

The food could be better for the prices they charge. The Whole Chicken was well prepared -- all The red cod was dry (probably frozen fresh). The Shortribs were cooked well but lacked seasoning - bland The artichoke pasta was tasty but could have more sauce (a bit dry) Also the menu should have more vegetarian items

Fun rooftop bar! Excellent service, delicious drinks, ordered small plate of tuna tartare, flatbread and cod. All were fresh and came to the table quickly. Gorgeous views, best to come at night. Drinks were a little pricey but what you’d expect for a rooftop @ a hotel. They were expertly crafted which made it more palatable!

Great place to sit and have a nice drink with great views. More of casual bar lounge than a restaurant but food is good but pricey. You pay for the ambience.

I came for my birthday, I was so excited. We came in and the first thing you notice is the place looks nice. I will say the music is EXTREMELY loud, it almost felt like a club. We were sat at our table which was outside. The waiter came over and introduced himself as our waiter for the night. We asked him a couple questions about the menu then asked for a couple of minutes to decide. He did not come back. 15 minutes later a shorter Latina woman came by and asked us for our order, the rest of my group (4 others) ordered their food and drinks but I was still deciding and asked for a couple more minutes. I waited until some one came back, almost 20 minutes passed by, and the rest of my group received their order. I kept asking the person who brought the food to please call the waiter and they kept saying ok but no one came. Every one had practically finished their food before the I finally called a waiter (bald white man) at another table to come over and I let him know I had been waiting and let multiple waiters know I wanted to order and my friends already finished their food before I can even order. I also told him we had 3 different waiters and it was extremely inconsistent. He cut me off with attitude and said that it was a team effort and their weren’t waiters assigned to tables (although I was watching all the other tables and they all seemed to have consistent waiters). He then said did I want to order. I decided I didn’t want to argue on my birthday so I ordered. He then told me it would take a while before my order came out, which I said was fine. 15 mins later another tall blonde white man came by, asked me if I wanted to order anything, which worried me because I already placed my order with the bald man. So I told him that and asked him to make sure that my order was placed. It took another 20 mins for them to bring my order out, which I decided to just take Togo. Honestly. I wouldn’t come back. I had high hopes that weren’t met. Food wasn’t worth price.

One of the worst experiences I have had in restaurant. The food was horrible and the service even worse. Ordered a Paella that was so spicy it was impossible to eat even though the menu did not list any spicy ingreedients. Mind you, I can normally tolerate spicy food but this was disgusting. When I brought it up to the manager, I was told that if I had a sensitivity to spices I needed to tell the waiter in advance. I told him that instead, they should properly list the ingredients on the menu, which they failed to do. Overall while I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen, the lack of accountability ruined it for me.

Title: Disappointed by the Hype Review: I had high expectations for Shelby's Rooftop, given all the buzz around its stunning views and vibrant atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. While the rooftop does offer a decent view of the city, the overall ambiance and service left much to be desired. Firstly, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which meant long waits for our drinks and food. When our order finally arrived, it was underwhelming. The cocktails were mediocre, lacking the finesse and flavor you'd expect at such a premium venue. The food, similarly, was nothing to write home about; my dish was not only bland but also arrived lukewarm. In conclusion, while Shelby's Rooftop might be worth a quick visit for a drink just to check out the view, it doesn’t offer the kind of quality experience that would justify a return visit. I hope the management takes note and improves both service and food quality to match the potential of the location.

The food was delicious and views were amazing! However, selling a $15 bottle of wine for $60 is a little low-bar. Service was ok. For the price I would;d have liked better service. I will definitely be going back for the food and the vibes!

This was such a beautiful rooftop bar/restaurant! The vibes were 1000% on point and the food and drinks were absolutely awesome! I found it interesting our waiter brought us the check assuming we weren’t ordering more drinks/dinner, but other than that it was a great experience. I definitely would recommend that other people check out this place. The views were awesome and super instagramable!
