    Shaws was super accommodating as we had a VERY large party. The steaks were perfect as well as the lobster Mac. Service was awesome and drinks were delicious. Would have given good a 5 but the gumbo tasted burnt and the lobster was a little overcooked . Would definitely go again for the steaks tho!

    We made an early dinner reservation as we have our two month old with us. They were very accommodating in checking our stroller and the booth was wide enough for her car seat so that was perfect. Service was great, wish he would have went into a more detail regarding the menu like he did with other tables that arrived after us, it probably would have changed my dinner order. However, all of our food was great, lobster tacos were delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Drinks were good. Overall experience was very good.

    After the warm welcome from the manager, it was almost all downhill from there. The Caesar salad was very good. The New England Clam Chowder was just warm and not hot. The broth was thin and the clams were tough. The grilled shrimp was served with shells still attached; IMO this is a mistake in plating. The sea bass was again just warm and not hot but good flavors. The lump crab cake was warm and a touch dry. My daughter mentioned she had better pretty much anywhere else. The server (Libby) was professional but not friendly and that's fine. I felt the server's assistant was very attentive and "warmer". I feel the restaurant is a shadow of its former self and resting on its laurels. This will be my last time here but I would still patronize the Schaumburg location. I had a very nice experience there not long ago. In this price range there are other better choices. I am very suprised by our experience here being that this is a Lettuce Entertain you property.

    Such a nice restaurant with great food, but very disappointing that the restaurant does not have a policy for appropriate attire. With so many others dressed up, why allow men to come in wearing a backwards baseball cap while dining. Haven’t their mothers taught them proper dress and manners?

    Outstanding service and food! We ate in the formal dining room for our granddaughter's 16th birthday and requested gluten free for her since she has celiacs disease. Everything was perfect! The Ahi Tuna, Salmon, and Chilean Seabass were some of the best meals ever. Many thanks to the staff.
