Located just two blocks from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of historic Pueblo, Colorado, Shamrock Brewing Company is the only Pueblo restaurant to offer a distinct dining alternative. The Shamrock Brew Pub is a favorite destination for my wife and me when we have something to celebrate. The food is outstanding. Last night I ordered fish and chips. The fish for this is consistenly the best I find anywhere. The pieces are hyge, and the coating is crisp on the outside and sweet on the inside. The chips are NOT French fries, but slices of pan-fried potato. I like the cole slaw, too. It's cut in small pieces, not stringy. I prefer a sweet cole slaw, but this one is less so. Very fresh and not vinegary. By the way, I do not drink, and my wife does so very seldom. I am told the Shamrock has great pub-brewed beers and ales, but it is certainly not necessary to have alcohol to have a positive experience. And we both adored our waitress, Melissa.

Melissa waited on our table and is a fantastic server!! The food was great and we all enjoyed our time there.

I always love going to the Shamrock when I’m in Pueblo. The food is quality and I really enjoy the beer selections. We really enjoy meeting family there for the Sunday brunch.

We were in town for a soccer game and went here with about 20 people. We called in advance and they were very accommodating with our reservation. The spot for us was great and the server was very helpful. All in attendance very much liked the food and beers (for adults) and the atmosphere for the group (which included eight 13 year old girls).

Great food! The salmon was amazing. My wife loved the pot roast. The bread pudding is worth the 112 mile one way drive just for the dessert. We love this place and will be coming back again.
