Located just two blocks from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of historic Pueblo, Colorado, Shamrock Brewing Company is the only Pueblo restaurant to offer a distinct dining alternative. Consisting of equal parts Irish pub, craft brewery, and restaurant makes Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food, and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer is world class, and the craic is outstanding! Craic (pronounced crack) is a Gaelic word, meaning a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere. Whether for business or pleasure, Shamrock Brewing Company in Pueblo, Colorado is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top-shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, an ample wine selection, and specialty cocktails; but our passion is craft beer.

It is an Irish Pub with great food. So, yes, it will be noisy and busy. Every meal, including dessert, has been great. Staff has been polite and attentive. It is one of those "gem" finds in downtown Pueblo.

It’s was a special date with the wife, Valentines Day. The Shamrock had a dinner special. We had the Scottish eggs, lobster bisque and the filet with a lobster tail. Everything was amazing for dinner! We did order the cheesecake to go, unbelievable how amazing the Carmel apple cheesecake with pecan was. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone. If you haven’t had the chicken green chili mac. I would highly suggest giving it a try.

Great ambiance. An Irish Pub with superior food. The service was awesome. The beer list amazing. Fresh beer as it should be.

I had an awesome time at a place I had never been before. Tried some authentic Irish food (breakfast boxty) as well as my first Irish coffee. I had brunch with my daughter who had driven up from New Mexico. She loved it as well. Spent 2 1/2 hours there. Next time I am in the area, I will be eating there. As the place filled up around noon, the noise volume rose. Even with that, the conversation was not impacted significantly.

Where to start….this was our first time eating here so we didn’t really have any expectations, but everything was AMAZING. We ordered the Irish Eggs and Irish Nachos for appetizers and they were absolutely incredible. My husband ordered the Irish Club (basically a Reuben with extra meats) and it was SO good. My chicken salad was also awesome. Drinks were on-point as well! We had Irish Mules and they were fantastic. Overall, just a really great experience…and our bill was less than $100. We definitely felt like we got our money’s worth. Highly Recommend! It looks like a little dive place from the outside but this was some of the BEST FOOD we’ve ever had in Colorado. You won’t be disappointed!

The shamrock had a cozy warm environment for dinner. Our food was excellent, and our waiter was excellent.
