My friend and I go to Shalims to have a nice meal and a catch up. The food is always excellent, hot and tasty. The service too is quick and the staff know there menus and are very pleasant. We like the atmosphere there too. With booths and tables, not too close to other customers. Would recommend.

Nothing was too much for a very busy staff , always at beck and call for any need,when food arrived wow excellent hot and very tasty thanks guys top notch .A very busy restaurant run very effective

Been many times before, This time 2 naan breads cold as served on cold plates.king prawn curry was cold by time I had eaten half my dinner as the plates were cold to start with.4 prawns seems expensive at 18.95 would have expected more. Small coke poured out of a bottle at £2.30 each when a 2litre bottle in supermarkets is about £3.00 I know you have to make money but that's over 100% would appreciate an explanation on this.it's a shame as have been to this restaurant many times before might have to find a new one Very disappointing as cost me nearly £140

It’s clear we fell short this time. Your feedback is valuable. I will address this with my team. Our pricing policy reflects the cost and effort required to maintain our high standards. Balancing quality and affordability while covering our costs. There are many costs to running a restaurant. I am sure you have found utility prices at home have increased. Factor those costs into a restaurant setting, and honestly, it would give you sleepless nights. It is a fine line between staying open or closing. We came here on a busy Friday night for a special occasion. There were 4 of us and we were highly impressed. Despite how busy it was the service and food were incredible. The staff were so attentive and the portions of the best tasting Indian food I think I’ve ever had were well worth the money. Lovely atmosphere and would thoroughly recommend. Also I would suggest booking as it can get busy very quickly.

First time holidaying in Weymouth. The restaurant came with a recommendation. Quiet respectful service. The food was excellent and there was a very good choice on the menu. Lighting may be too dim for some but it added to the feel of the place. Car park opposite the restaurant. No paying after 6pm Would definitely recommend

Great to visit again. Good food, great menu choice. Can be a little loud, but overall a great atmosphere.

We have been several times, and have always enjoyed ourselves. This visit was on a Monday, for a specific reason. It was quiet and peaceful. Appreciate that you need to run a business, but we have been in on a Saturday when it can get a bit noisy ! But still enjoyable. It would be a major re fit, but would like to see the tables on right side at angles, as one of you looks at the wall. We had a table for four, although only for two on the left, much better enjoyment.

The food did not have much flavour and I received the wrong order, but didn’t have the time to change and I don’t complain.
