Food was fantastic. The manager brought out our food and dropped my fork on the floor. ( we were seated outside) he said he'd be back with a fork but never returned about 5 minutes later, Our waitress, who was outstanding, came by to check how our food was and brought my fork so I could eat.

This place has the worst food for such high prices. My brother’s wagyu burger was sooo bland! Not even the bacon had flavor. My ribs were also super bland. They had no salt. The side of corn with the ribs was definitely from a can. My stepdad’s salmon was the worst. I had one bite and it left such a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the night. Spent almost $300 for such terrible food. Worst food in Sedona!!

My wife asked the manager and our waiter twice to bring a drink after 8 pm when a drink special activated. Waiter brought the drink at 7:55 and later billed us full price ( $9 more). Waiter asked if I wanted garlic butter on my steak. Sure. Didn’t get it when steak came. Charged $5 for that. Food was very good. Very beautiful night, nice location. Just very poor service. Not worth fighting over the $14 extra, just weak on their part.

Lovely place & good food! A bit noisy but there was a party going on nearby. Food took a bit to come out too. However, the service was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Great ambient and delicious food. The sever was very helpful and nice. There was live music, Holly Kirsten, and she was fabulous!

We had an igloo reservation at 6:30 on 7/6 and upon arrival were told there was no Air Conditioner. At that point, how could we change our minds and perhaps try a different place?! I A heads up would have been nice. No manager came to us to apologize. No consideration was provided to us as we were celebrating my birthday with a different type of experience and that didn't happen. While the food was fine and service ok that evening, it was a disappointment that the hotel didn't acknowledge.

Nice meal. Veggie options were adequate. outdoor seating was comfortable.

I had read that this was a restaurant with a view, so I was a bit disappointed that it was not. The food was average, the service less so.

Only good food was the guac and queso. Mac and cheese was very plain and was recommened. Steak was undercooked inside, and charred on the outside and minty green sauce on the steak was not a good pair/taste. Ambience and drinks were good, food was not and way overpriced for the quality.
