I enjoy shade , they have a great deck you can eat out on , all the waitress are friendly , meals are Delicous. I had the chicken baoban and sticky pork ribs ! After the meal you can take a stroll down to the beach a mere 5 min away !

Fantastic ending to a beautiful day in the beach! Our table was ready upon arrival, which is always nice. We were in the porch, which was a tiny bit chilly, but heaters were turned on and it was very comfortable! Our server was awesome! She knew the menu, was friendly, and took good care of us. We all enjoyed our meals - fritter app, Caesar salad, fish & chips, lobster scampi, smash burger, bowl of chowder (full of lobster and a very sizable meal), and the scallops special. Cocktails were delicious too! Sadly, we had no room for desserts, but will plan better next time!

All three of us had the Atlantic Fish Chowder which was unanimously outstanding. The only way it could be improved would be the addition of a couple of slices of French baguette.

Server was great! Dinner was very slow coming out of the kitchen probably because it was a very large party. Will certainly come back again.

We had the most delightful evening at Shade. The food was incredible. We loved the corn and crab fritters, the Kale Caesar Salad, the seafood pasta dish and the desserts sent us flying! We had the coffee ice cream with chocolate chocolate chip cookie drizzle with the most delicious caramel sauce we had ever tasted. We also had the blueberry crumble which was SO GOOD! The staff is friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Romy, was so knowledgeable about all the dishes and patient with our special requests :). The manager gave us a friendly welcome and checked in with us throughout the meal. Lastly, we loved the ambiance. Lively but not too loud, with a diverse mix of diners of all ages. We're excited to add Shade to our list of local eateries that has it all!
