Service was excellent. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and he made some great recommendations. The restaurant was very warm and we were sweating. Our waiter informed management and the air was turned up so we were comfortable. The food was good. Veggies and meats were fresh.

This is a unique and enjoyable experience. I have been several times and I would suggest avoiding Friday nights as it was very crowded making the buffet more difficult to access and service less attentive. Not a big deal but many buffet items were out that I had to ask for including items like a fork. Food was good and I think is a good value.

Enjoyed our experience. Food high quality. Would like a better wine list and variety would be my only complaint.

We tried Shabu You to celebrate a birthday. We chose the Waygu beef level and had so many options! The food was delicious, the buffet had loads of options and fresh vegetables. We each tried a different broth so we had more options at our table. The robot delivery to the table was so fun and cute! It was a great experience.

We had a great time! Our server was very very bad. He barely explained what to do. We new it was a buffet but he didn't explain that so we missed the robot delivering our food the first time which we were looking forward to. Although we ordered again and got to see it. He never once refilled drinks we had to flag someone down to do that. The broth is lacking flavor. We tried the tonkatsu. I even added a bear. But after adding in some things from the bar (garlic, ginger, onions, and veggies etc much better). The food was really good. The sauce. Concocotion I made at the bar was so good I out in on my noodles and sushi and meat. Overall very good time and good food. Service lacking in a bad way.

There are such good place to go for a healthy meal!!! Easy to eat choose what you want. Great variety and a zillion ways you can make a sauce to fit your needs. My husband and I always enjoy our meals here

Hostess at the front desk put us on a table few few yards from her. For a restaurant with more than half of the tables vacant at 12 noon. She could have done a better job giving us a table in decent spot

We went here for our anniversary. It was the perfect night to celebrate with food that we could customize to our liking! They had such a variety of food, and 90min is more than enough time to eat :)

Good food selection! I suggest coming in hungry to get the best deal from your money. I had a late lunch and when I dined in with my friends I couldn’t eat too much
