Chef Marc has done it again! We enjoyed the Chef's Table Tasting...... Deliciousness. We also picked up some pastries for breakfast.. so good. I have been blessed to have experienced Chef Marc's cuisine at his various locations throughout the years... Lake Mead & Tanaya, Buffalo & Washington, Centennial Center, Durango & Sahara. You could say that I am a follower, however, I moved from the Summerlin area to Southern Highlands, and now he's out here. Thank you Chef ... you have done it again!

We had the best time and food at Sgrizzi! Chef Marc welcomed us in person. Our waiter Kevin was kind, knowledgeable and super nice. We tried the beef tartar, Spanish octopus, Bucatini Carbonara and Piedmontese Beef Ribeye. Every single piece was so delicious, authentic and tasteful!Thank you Chef Marc! This place is amazing and honestly the food makes you feel you are somewhere in a local restaurant in Milano or Rome. At the end we tried the homemade pistachio gelato that was a bomb. If you like Italian food this is the place. So far the most authentic Italian food I’ve ever tried in Vegas. Thank you again and until next time!

Chef Marc never fails to deliver. Amazing meal! We have been visiting his restaurants for the last 20 years. So glad he’s on our side of town. Take your friend you’ll have a great time. All the food is fantastic… Meatballs are great!

Dined here last night with my husband and a friend. The food was delicious, especially the cacio e pepe, which was among the best I've ever had. My friend had linguini puttanesca, which was really good but a little spicier than she expected. My husband had the scallop special with truffle risotto- it came with 4 scallops and a tiny little bit of risotto. He said it was delicious, but it definitely seemed like more of an appetizer sized course, not an entree. The other issue was the timing of the meal- we ordered cheesy garlic bread, which came after we had the regular house bread. About 2-3 minutes after getting that bread, our entrees came out. We would've appreciated more time to enjoy that course, before having to push it to the side and have our entrees. We were in and out in 45 minutes! We'd probably go back and try some of the other dishes, but would let them know that we're not in a rush.

As good as it gets for Italian. Everything w/great texture and flavor. Chef Marc very hands-on. Can't wait to go back and explore menu further.

Awesome new eatery in deep Southwest Vegas Valley. The whole area is just developing but this restaurant is sure to make a mark in the area. Chef Marc is a very committed and passionate person on his food philosophy and surely delivers on what he is pitching. He encouraged us (group of 4) to do family style and the advice was awesome. We tried the Caprese salad (juicy red tomatoes) and mussels for appetizers (great sauce) and shared a pasta in a pea based sauce with homemade pancetta - will certain try this again. We share a 20oz NY strip that was just full of flavor and tender as can be. They dry age the steaks in-house and the result shows. Will certainly visit again soon.

Phenomenal spot off the strip with superior food quality than most top spots on the strip. Authentic Italian with some unique flair and style.

It was one of the best dining experiences that I have had off the strip. You felt welcome, the service was spot on and the food was absolutely delicious! I'll be spreading the word about this hidden gem.
