This was my third time at sexy fish london, whilst the food was good and our waitress was extremely kind. I found the hostess and team extremely rude and prejudiced. We got placed at a corner table placed tightly between the wall, the cashier, and the hostess stand. I felt extremely uncomfortable and claustrophobic and despite there being tables available evidently I was told “there is nothing we can do for you, you can either stay here or go downstairs”. I found the staff’s lack of empathy to be extremely underwhelming and disappointing!

We went there for dinner at 8pm. Food was mediocre at best. Service was slow and the staff was rude. We were told at around 9:45 that we need to leave the table and even though we had ordered another round of drinks they wanted us off the table so that they could sit other patrons. We paid the tab and went to the bar area to finish our drinks. A staff member abruptly came to us and told us that we weren’t allowed to stand by the bar and must leave the premises due to what the claimed is a new rule! I was dumbfounded at their insulting behavior and asked how they expected us to quickly consume our drinks and leave the premises due to this new rule? I asked to speak to the manager who came and offered to refund the last drink we had just purchased and reiterated this new rule! I have never ever been to a place where I was told because there is no seat at the bar I would have to leave! The bar area was for the most part empty. As an aside, the manager asked us to sit at an empty table near the bar until he would find of a solution. When he went away to figure out the solution, a party of people came in who were directed to sit at that same table by a host. When I told the host that the manager had just seated us while he would find a solution, he rudely exclaimed that the manager had not seated us at the table, clearly implying that I wasn’t telling the truth! I had had enough at this point and told my companions that we should just leave our drinks and leave the establishment which clearly contained unwelcoming, rude, and disrespectful staff! Sexy fish in London has become a sorry excuse for a restaurant, a far cry from their Miami location, where the experience is customer centric. To think that you go to a place for a culinary experience and entertainment, and instead are treated like cattle is unfortunate at best. I’d never advise anyone to go to this sorry excuse for a restaurant and bar. There are plenty of other places in London than sexy fish.

We were a group of 4, we had a very pleasant experience there. Food was tasty and fresh, the stuffs were very polite and helpful.

It was ok . Nothing amazing . Experience overall I won’t be returning. For such a prestigious chain of restaurants we all felt very underwhelmed from the table , to the food to the service . Average .

My family and I had an unforgettable dining experience at Sexy Fish London, where we indulged in the exquisite Sekushi set menu. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service that set the tone for the entire evening. The ambiance of the restaurant was luxurious and sophisticated, and the decor was truly stunning, with beautiful coral reef-inspired artwork adorning the walls. They DJ a DJ playing and it was Monday night. Of course, the real star of the show was the food. The Sekushi set menu was a true culinary journey, featuring 12 expertly crafted dishes that showcased the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. Each dish was impeccably presented.

I had to wait more than 20 minutes outside and then the one who take my order was so rude to me and they make me pay 780£ and told the food was closed!!!

We had a reservation at 10pm and the restaurant closed at 1am. Right when we got there they said the kitchen is closing, you need to put your order in now. So we hurry up look at the menu and order our food. They come back and tell us half our order is unavailable now. We asked for substitutes to make the dishes work but they wouldn’t accommodate us. So I had to hurry up and look for something else as the said the kitchen is already closed which forced us to order something we didn’t really want but we had limited options. The lamb chops came out undercooked and were not seasoned or sauced correctly. The sea bass was dry and not seasoned as well. The chicken was burned to a crisp and the meal was just unenjoyable. The waitress wasn’t good at all didn’t try to accommodate us or anything. They also told us midway into our meal that they cannot serve anymore drinks. So no water, no refill on my wife’s soda, no cocktails no nothing. Terrible service. Food wasn’t good got our order wrong. This location is nothing like the Miami location in food quality, service, ambience, I don’t know why they were open until 1am if they stop serving everything at 10:30pm.
