    Superb meal by James - delightful four-plate menu, with matched Seville wines. Wonderful ambience in the restaurant, with great views across the valley. A truly delightful experience.

    Food was delicious, we loved the local truffle farm colab. Dishes were all really well plated. Service was friendly & attentive but relaxed, BOH team had great table side manner & explained all dishes thoroughly which was appreciated. Venue is well maintained, music playlist was perfect for lunch. Highly recommend this experience if you’re considering lunch options in the area.

    Guest chef was ok but understaffed and very inexperienced with long wait time. Was much better pre pandemic which is a shame. Hope it improves.

    Decided to celebrate our 4th year anniversary here and it did not disappoint. We live in South Melbourne and was late for our reservation but they were very understanding and welcoming. We had the set menu and decided to just get a bottle of Chardonnay which was amazing. The food was divine, well presented and evenly spaced out so as not to feel overwhelmed. After lunch we decided to walk around the property a little bit to take in the awesome view. Highly recommend for anyone looking to celebrate any occasion and who loves dining out somewhere really beautiful and appreciates good and well thought of food.

    Beautiful place. Shocking service. Was placed on a table where we could see the toilets. Sat waiting for 20 mins for a waitress and water. Asked to do a wine tasting on a Saturday in January to be told they weren’t doing them. Asked for a coffee after lunch and was told nobody knew how to use the coffee machine so no coffees today. The wine was really nice. The food was ok. Unfortunately won’t be back.

    Our experience started off well but went south midway. We were greeted kindly and given an option for seating. We were only the 2nd table to be there. The first couple of courses came out. The food was amazing! The service was great, until the restaurant got busy. Then I'm not sure what happened to the service. Between our 2nd and 3rd course, we waited 40 minutes. The server asked us once regarding what point of the menu we were up to. We mentioned 'the beef'. But we still waited another 30 minutes until the next course came out. And the next course was actually skipped, and we were given the duck instead (the mains) before the beef. Nobody once came to ask if we'd like our wine topped up instead. And no one communicated any delay or switching of the meals. That was very poor service. When the beef finally came out, the server said "I don't know there must have been some confusion and we skipped over the beef, but here it is." That was bizarre as he had acknowledged what course we were up to when we were asked. After all that, the courses started coming out all too quickly. As though we were being rushed. Another server took our dirty cutlery away and said she would replace it. She never came back. So we asked for cutlery, but only got spoons and no plates. So the service was terrible once the restaurant got busy. The food was very good, we really enjoyed it. But it's not worth it when servers aren't paying attention to massive delays and even worse, are then lying about it. The chef here is great and I hope they can buck up their service to match the level of food they're offering.

    Second trip back to Seville Estate and the food was just as amazing as the first visit. The menu had changed from last October in line with seasonal availability and was delicious. My favourite course - the cherry dessert! Thanks again for another wonderful experience. We will be back again!

    The food was excellent, right from the Sydney Rock Oysters to start. The fillet sauce was delicious. The wine match was included with the meal which is unusual. Seville Estate's wines are excellent. It's a small amount of wine with each course, like a tasting with each course - which suited me as the driver! Of course you can order whatever you like to drink. Think it's one service a week - Saturday lunch. Great value for the set menu.

    Food was absolutely delicious and wine pairing spot on. Very friendly staff - easy to talk to, and excellent service. Beautiful view of the mountains and the additional glasses of wine that we purchased made our special occasion perfect. Will be back next year for another anniversary.
