As usual, our dinner at Seviche was amazing. We started with Kentucky Buffalo Empanadas. We have the crab cigar and halibut, and I have decided that my favorite meal in Louisville is the skirt steak and chimichurri. It is consistently delicious. The steak is so flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the chimichurri as such a great pairing.

Date night at Seviche…when nothing short of perfection will suffice for an anniversary dinner. We began the evening with Guacamole a la Mesa with house made chips; for our main course, we both chose the Sustainable Salmon with charred mushroom chaufa, sesame mojo and crispy wontons; and to cap off a wonderful dinner, we indulged in a shared plate of “Black” Cherry Ice Cream (vanilla bean crema, bourbon, cherry puree), a fabulous concoction, which was as delicious as it was a feast for the eyes. Everything was prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. Sunday night dinner at Seviche features the option of half price bottles of wine, and we found our choice of Sonoma Cutrer to pair perfectly with our dishes. Service on this Sunday night was a little slower than usual, which I believe was not the fault of our server but, more likely, the result of a backup in the kitchen. However, it was a beautiful evening, we were seated outside and we were content just to relax and enjoy sipping our nice wine. In summary, whenever we want an outstanding meal, especially for special occasions, we know that we can never go wrong with Seviche.

Our server was one of the best ever! Very engaging with great suggestions! The pork belly was top notch and the entrees were delicious! Would definitely recommend to others!

The servings of wine were relatively low. The scallop entree was considerably small for the price…. It was a more fitting size of an appetizer.

Always fantastic food and service. Some new drink options on this visit. They also brought us a lovely cava apertif for our anniversary! One of the best in Louisville!

Filet was quoted as an 8 oz but was clearly a 6 oz. In addition, at a $61.00 price point portions were light. Menu called out Halibut but that was unavailable and the server did not let us know until we were ordering? What? Well had to get grouper. Not sure that is the same and is questionable that we weren’t notified until we were placing orders
