Since opening in 1971, Snowbird has offered guests an escape from the hustle and bustle of life amid its year-round paradise of powdery winters and vibrant summers. SeventyOne pays homage to it all, featuring American grill favorites, an open kitchen and a 1970s vibe, just steps from the mountain.

The SeventyOne Lounge* offers quick après-ski bites and drinks with a retro-cool ambiance, making it a perfect spot to recap the day with friends.

Reservations are recommended for dinner at SeventyOne. Seating in the SeventyOne Lounge* is first-come, first-served and for those 21+ only.

Great casual eatery in the lodge. Very convenient for an evening meal after a long day on the ski slopes.

We had a very disappointing experience at Seventy-One. It took quite a while for anyone to come to our table (for which our server apologized). I ordered a cocktail, which did not come for many minutes, while our server was busy opening and pouring two bottles of wine for a nearby table. When the cocktail came, it was almost undrinkable (too sour). We ordered onion soup for a starter; it did not come for a very long time, finally arriving just before our entrees. My main, short ribs, was ok, but the accompanying mashed potato’s were cold. My wife’s entree, lobster pot pie, was uninspired and tasted as though too much lemon had been added. Our server did offer us complementary gelato to compensate for the cocktail; they were delicious. The restaurant is pricey (typical for a resort location), but definitely not worth the money. There are better options at Snowbird.

Loved the kung pao cauliflower, beet salad with salmon, lasagne, and the peach crumble. great service, fun 70’s decor and soundtrack—We’ll be back!

We had the fried chicken and the bison stroganoff, both were delicious. We have also had the tuna nachos in the past and they are delicious.

Very friendly and helpful service. Staff cared about us having a positive dining experience and worked hard to make us feel valued. Food quality was very good and great value. Great for families and menu is quite varied with many options for differing tastes.
